"Product didn't ship in over a week. When I called to check status at 1pm EST I was told my product was finally in. When I asked if it could be shipped that same day so I could complete my project over the weekend I was told no, the shipping department is gone. Almost an additional week later I still don't have the product, now appears to be a hold up on FedEx's end. Unit is typically in a 1 day shipping zone.
Next time I'll pay a few bucks more and order through Amazon."

"Terrible Service!!! Highly incompetent!!!
1). Pumpproducts.com sent me the wrong part, and then refused to send me the correct part until I sent the wrong part back and it was received (I ordered FT4B-43, but they sent me FP3-43).
2). They refused to provide shipping credit for sending me the wrong part, and
3). Wouldn't send me a shipping label and / or cover the cost to send the wrong part back!
4). The bottom line is that I'm out of $13 shipping each way!
5). The final joke was that their shipping guy said that they would "waive" their 25% restocking fee because they sent me the wrong part! Gee, thanks!
**Bottom line is that they blew my schedule, and charged me $13 for shipping each way - without so much as even caring or apologizing about sending me the wrong order **
I'm going to complain to my credit card company about them, as well as the BBB. . . but you, the customer, should heed my warning and stay away from these incompetent jerks!!!

Here's some answers to Pumpproducts answer to my rating:
1). Funny you said I didn't return the product, because I did, and have a UPS Ground tracking number to prove it.
2). As of 11/27/2018 - I have still NOT received any type of Refund from you! - I even called your business to inquire about why I hadn't received my refund, and the answer I got was that you "misplaced" my Credit Card information. Well, I provided you with that number once again while on the phone - and guess what - I still HAVE NOT received my refund!
3). Oh - and I never got that coupon you mentioned you were going to send me either
. . . Another clear example of your deception tactics - to the customer, and now in an attempt to fix your poor rating.
4). I'm calling my credit card company today to report your fraud!
5). FOLKS - CAREFULLY CONSIDER THIS:
- YOU ORDER A PART
- THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG PART THAT YOU PAY FOR + SHIPPPING
- THEY WON'T SEND YOU THE CORRECT PART
- YOU HAVE TO SEND BACK THE INCORRECT PART AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE
- YOU STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND AFTER 5 WEEKS!
- AND THEN THE COMPANY JERKS TRY TO MINIMIZE YOUR REVIEW AND LIE ABOUT SENDING YOU A COUPON!!

"Order was processed quickly but shipping was something to be desired. Delivery company scheduled delivery between 9-1. Took off work to wait for them. Called around 12:30 knowing they were coming from a long distance. They told me it was out for delivery. Didn't arrive until 6:30 in the evening. Item was as described and seems to be of very high quality. Would order again from pump products but will specify shipper next time. "
