I told her the situation and she told me she would send an email to me and I could respond to it with a picture.
She immediately sent the email and I responded with a picture. Then she told me she could order a new one, if I still wanted it. I told her I still wanted it and within minutes she had the new order placed and told me to dispose of the damaged one.
In these days, it was so refreshing to have someone promptly take care of an issue. I really appreciated her service.
