"I had never heard of your company before but in my search for a Jaclo toilet supply kit, Quality Bath came up as a authorized seller of Jaclo products. When I called, Sol Schachter answered the phone. I told him what I needed and that the style of the item that I wanted was out of stock at Jaclo. Without hesitating, Sol offered to check anyway. He confirmed that it would not be available for at least 4 to 5 weeks. I cannot wait that long. Sold then immediately did research on the other styles and found that they were all in stock. He then gave me the price, which was significantly lower than any other suppliers. I told him that I would get back to him the next day, which I did yesterday August 4th. Sol greeted me on the phone and treated me like I was a close friend. He confirmed that the item I wanted was in stock the previous day. Being that Jaclo was closed (I spoke to Sol at approximately 7:40 p.m. eastern time), he offered to check today, August 5th. In the meantime, because I had complete faith and trust for Sol, I purchased the Jaclo 631-6-72-SN. Sol then said that he would call me today if there was a problem. If it is not in stock, Sol offered a complete refund or help finding a comparable product. As of the time of this review, I have not heard from Sol. Therefore, I know that it must be in stock and should be receiving the toilet supply kit within the next week, which is perfect. "Having plumbing part issues when there is a supply problem or a global pandemic happening is terrible. Fortunately for me, my local plumbing showroom was closed due to COVID so I went online to purchase a very expensive kitchen faucet that had very fair pricing on Quality Bath's site.
But recently had a need to replace a broken toilet handle/lever...no one had it in stock but QB had a reasonable price. I knew of a significant 2-4 week back order but Layla reached out to me warning that it was going to be pushed back even more....for a toilet that is used constantly. Layla got Naomi to help me fix the problem. Naomi took the initiative to suggest another brand/part that actually may be a better fit and turned out to be less expensive. She already refunded the difference and my new part is on the way. No more removing the tank lid and reaching into the water each time..."

"A bar sink faucet I purchased late Nov 2020 developed a slow drip from the spout in Mar 2021. I contacted Quality Bath for warranty assistance. Lea (of QB) agreed with my assessment that the cartridge was bad and pleaded my case with the manufacturer, who agreed to send me a replacement cartridge (at no cost to me) to fix the problem.
