"I picked out a sink that I fell in love with, and then went with a more affordable option as we often do. Less than 30 minutes after my order, Rikki from quality bath's team emailed me letting me know that other people wanted that sink too as it seems and it was on back order 6-8 weeks YIKES!
Before I even had a chance to worry, she had done research and sent me a similar sink in both style and dimensions in a link in that same email. The only difference was it was a nicer brand and almost $130 more than what I picked out. She let me know that if a back order was inconvenient to me (which it often is) that she would exchange it for me at no extra cost. I even got a small refund as an extra I paid for wasn't needed on this model. Very happy with the forward thinking and care taken by Rikki with my purchase today. Will be returning to finish out my renovation with this customer centric company."

"Had placed on order which came in damaged by the delivery company. Called right away to explain the box was crushed and several items had been damaged. I was politely asked if I could send pictures of the damaged box and product. I sent the requested information and literally with 15 minutes received a follow email with status and again within 15 minutes received another email stating replacements were being sent out. No hassle at all. Great company to have made a purchase from with the idea of providing customer. The company representative, Adian, was terrific to work with and handled the opportunity with the customer in mind. They are on my to contact list for future projects."

The sink was supposed to be delayed but ended up getting here before we started renovation. Finally, there was a small crack in the sink that our contractor repaired and Quality Bath gave us a credit refund for it!"
