The plumber installed it and it was about 1/2 above the floor. I asked QB to help me as the photos show it resting on the floor. QB followed up with several emails trying to solve the problem. In the meantime, plumber realized he had not loosened a nut on the leveling legs properly and once he did, the tub is perfectly positioned. Nice experience. "

"I am a contractor and purchase a lot of fixtures on line for my clients and projects. The instructions for damage and returns are very clearly written on the ordering page.
I received a damaged sink. With one simple phone call, and emailing pictures of the damage, I received a complete refund the same day. You naturally take a bit of a risk when you purchase fixtures on line as it can be tricky as to who is responsible for damaged goods and difficult to return them. This type of customer service will have me coming back to Quality Bath for my clients and future projects."
