I had been scouring the internet as well as local hardware stores (both mom and pop stores + big box) and kitchen/bath showrooms. I had resigned myself to paying a certain price for sinks I wasn't 100% in love with because I was looking for a 24" wide sink and apparently that's not a popular size and my options are limited. Then, I found qualitybath.com that had the perfect sink at 40% off the prices I had been preparing to pay with a $100 off promotion on top of that!! I All my friends who see my new sink go on and on about how beautiful my sink is. I've always hated doing dishes, but I actually want to do dishes now. "Being a reseller sometimes means never seeing the product in your warehouse. The manufacturer ships directly to buyer. In my case, the manufacturer's packaging was sub-par, to the point that there was product damage because of the inadequate packaging. If I was in Quality Bath's shoes, I would get together with the manufacturer and negotiate better packaging, which in my product's case would involve repackaging some of the components included in the product box itself (such as heavy steel hardware rattling around the whole of the inside of the box and causing mischief.

"I had visited showrooms and other online sites and knew exactly what I wanted for bathroom fixtures. Quality Bath was very helpful, making sure I had all the components. The site makes it easy to configure your order. The pricing was better than any other pricing I found online, including Amazon. We did receive a Toto sink with a very small flaw on the finish. I provided photos of the issue and was issued a return authorization right away. Part of my order is delayed, but they are able to partial ship and provide me with the rough components right away so my project will not be delayed.
