Great Service and very helpfull

"I had an issue with a Blanco Sink that was broken in shipment, did not realize it until the installers pulled it from the box. Even though the sink was packed well and no visible damage on the outside, it had a big crack. Freida the customer service person, communicated well on what needed to be done and responded quickly to my request to return."

Quality Bath resolved problem with manufacturer

"I ordered a Graff kitchen faucet from Quality Bath and had it installed as part of a major kitchen renovation. Once installed, it was obvious that the faucet wobbled. My plumber tried to rectify the situation by tightening a set screw, but the faucet still wobbled. I contacted Graff's customer service/warranty department and had a very unpleasant experience with a surly employee who acknowledged that Graff knew the faucet wobbled, then tried to blame the problem on my plumber's adjustment of the set screw. I reached out to Quality Bath to ask for assistance, and Freida acted on my behalf to resolve the situation. After some back and forth, she got Graff to take the faucet back and I was refunded the full purchase price. Turns out that great customer service is still alive and well - not at Graff, but most definitely at Quality Bath. Thank you, Freida!!!! "

"Janet in Returns has helped us in resolving a company manufacture problem with a product we purchased from Quality Bath. I have been astonished by her professional care in this matter. She has quite possibly given me and our situation the best customer service I have experienced - in a tense situation (expensive item and custom build) - by keeping everything moving forward and communicating to us each step of the way.

We are grateful and will return to Quality Bath for future projects knowing we are in good hands.

"We are in the process of receiving the equipment that was ordered so I can only speak to how the process went about ordering.
The staff helping us was very responsive, quick and determined to give us more affordable options when called for.

cracked medicine cabinet

"I ordered a Robern medicine cabinet and noticed the mirror had multiple cracks when I finally took it out of the box a few weeks later when my contractor was ready to install it. It didn't occur to me to open it immediately and inspect for damage. I explained my situation to Freida, and she agreed to replace it, even though technically, she didn't have to as I did not immediately report the damage.
Now that's service!

They Made it Right

"We ordered a sink and it was damaged when we received it. I notified Quality Bath via their website and after sending them pictures of the damage was promptly sent a replacement! Freida, our customer service rep was fantastic to work with! This was a situation that could either turn me away from this company for a long time or keep me as a customer for a long time and believe me, I’ll continue to be a customer!"
