"The site was not the easiest to search
for an item - the search engine and the navigation bar were not the most user friendly. However, the description of the items was very clear and the price for the camera was excellent! I put the order in 2 days ago. I like the fact that I can track my order online. I received a phone call from the company to confirm my order today, and the person was trying to sell me some more accessories. However, he was very polite and not pushy at all. So far, the experience has been good! Can't wait for the item to be shipped.

Update on 11/25/06: I got the camera last week! It took a couple of days before the item was shipped, but once it was received by UPS, it was delivered very quickly! The camera was perfect! It was brand new and as described. Very satisfied!"

"Totally disappointed!! I purchased a camera and along with it a couple of other miscellanous items to accompany the camera. I was led to believe that by saving $20 on this or that had no strings attached. Boy, was I wrong. I wanted to return part of the shipment and was informed that I was given a "package price". (Unbeknownest to me). Therefore, I can't return it without it becoming a huge ordeal. And, if you do return something, you "can" be charged a 15% restocking fee. Word to the wise, just order what you need and don't get bamboozled. Instead of trying to work out a solution and retain a customer, they tried to push more stuff on me!! "
