"My experience with this merchant is just ok. They called me to confirm my order and he end up offering many special deals. I ordered one of them, a leather case for my camera, since he said it's special discount price of $12. He said it's $36 normally. The package arrived and I found that the case is not leather, and it's hard to believe the original cost is $36, even $12! If I can return this case only, I would like to do that. I hope the customer service who read this comment call me and arrange the return and refund.
Delivery part was perfect and I have no complain. I think it's due to UPS's delivery service."

"I believe that this site uses a bogus "problem with the credit card" email to have you contact a salesman who then attempts to sell higher priced accessories to you. I was told that one number on my credit card appeared to be wrong and when they read it back to me one was indeed wrong. When I went to the the web site to verify what I had entered the number was correct AND auto-complete had the same number stored.

It's not too often that electronic entries are incorrect if verified twice.

When I realized the upsell was not a good deal I was shuttled back and forth between sales and customer service for 40 minutes trying to get the sale changed back to it's original state. In the end I was told that the order had been processed (originally no more than 5 minutes elapsed) and it was too late but that they would substitute a 4 GB SD card for the 2GB SD card (both High Speed) that I was originally sold for no extra charge...still not sure I am happy with that but can live it."
