Order was processed fast and delivery was also fast. No problems that I can see with the items ppurchased. There was pressure to buy additional accessories however and then they offer them free for filling out the surveys. I wouldn't have bought them if I could have gotten them for free. Otherwise a good, fast deal for the Elura 100 I bought. Would shop here again but not buy any accesories. Didn't recieve the $15 rebate for the SD card. No link in email message.

I received my order as promised, but the order was mailed to my house instead of my office as requested. I do not know what the problem was with the delivery location, because nobody was home when it was first delivered, it took an extra day to be delivered.
