"This reseller is very DIShonest about their product. First of all, they try to sell me battary without disclosing its specification like its capacity. Then they sell me a tripod with a height I specifically asked for but when the order confirmation email arrived, it is not the model I was asking for. When I called to remove the battery and tripod from the order, they refused to do so because they claim it is already in the shipping dept, which I only put my order in 15 mins ago. When I asked to cancel the entire order rather than just removing the two items, they refused to do so because they claim the order is being shipped out. So I am going to the credit card company to dispute the charge and will refuse the delivery from UPS when it arrives, if it arrived."

"I took 2 weeks finding the bes camcorder for my price range (cannon elura 100). Then I spent a day to find the best prices. Then I spent a day finding that the 3 lowest prices were from companies that were engaged in bait and switch, overbilling, substituting cheap products or downright fraud. That left me with Rainbow. Yes everyone mentions that you have to confirm your order over the phone and they try to sell you some additional accessories. So what! That's leagle and I don't begrudge them trying to make some extra sales to make up for their low profit margin. I spend 60 seconds saying; "no thank you" and save $20 -$150. Instead of placing the initial order on the web, I called the 800 number and got everything done at once and they thru in a free tripod and cleaning kit. This camera is to be a gift but if I ever need accessories I'll go to their site first to check prices.

"Don't trust these guys at all.They added item's to my order I turned down when I had to"verify" my order over the phone.I politly said no thank you I just want the camera.and he was not happy.A real hard sell(like buying a car almost)finally he said ok and hung up.I checked email on order and everything I turned dowm was on the order.To cancel was even harder.I was on put on hold every time as soon as I would give them the order number.45 min's.mean while with another phone I keep tring other dept. and finally canceled.They say oh don't you still want the camera-not from you guys.Also the price on the web jumped $20 at checkout,I thought that's strange but went ahead.Bottom line dont trust em unless you are planing to buy other item's to go with your order.Oh don't you need a $100 memory card,a $50 battery charger,bag etc.Very shady"
