"I purchases an out back gift card. I received the card on August 31, on September one they took .01 and 99.99 off the card. Clearly this was a scam, when I called customer service they gave me the run around without helping me at all. Currently fighting with my credit card to get the payment removed. Raise is claiming that they have nothing to do with it. Worthless company!"

"I use Raise because they have always had good service and I have never had troubles with any of my purchases ( I have had issues from other comparable sites) and I love when they offer extra codes for more percent off and incentives to earn money by referring friends. I have not yet had to wait more than an hour or two for any e-codes to arrive in my inbox!"
"I had purchased a couple of gift cards through them and hadn't had any issues. Then I purchased one for a gift that I ended up not giving. Went to use the gift card today and there is no balance on it. It is after the 100 days so I am SOL. Luckily it was only about $20, and if I had used it within the 100 days it might have been resolved. However I will probably never purchase from them again, too risky."
"My friend referred me to the raise.com. I got 5$ as referral bonus. Then there was a promo code WELCOME10. If we buy atleast 25$ then we can use it. I ordered a Walmart gift card for 30.25$. The gave egift card. I tried use it but i was unable to use it says 0 balance. Then i called customer representative and asked about it. He said that he will return back the credit and i noticed that 15.25$ only in email. I checked my account. There is no credit. I pinged in chat . They said that they cant do anything at first. Then customer representative emailed after that about mistake that i did. I referred my spouse and my spouse used my credit card to purchase gift card. If the referer and refree credit card name is same then problem occurs. It is better to use your credit card in your account. I got all my referral bonus back. Thank you for that.

"I can not withdraw any of my money because they want proof of the eGift card that I sold. How am I suppose to give proof when the buyer already used it!? Makes no sense. Then I can't list anything because they need me to upload "verification". So I upload the eGift code into the respectable sites, print it out & fax it to them. They then said they need MORE verification, what more can I do to verify a eGift card??? Am about to take my business to a different site, unless I can get this resolved ASAP. "I placed an order for a gift card, got an email saying they needed additional information.
I gave them a call within 10 minutes.
Customer service rep confirmed all my order information (CC info/Billing) but started asking me questions I had no idea about.
Literally asked me about random addresses I had no clue about and said its for verification purposes and that if I could not answer their system correctly my order cannot be processed.
I told the rep, I don't know how those addresses are related to me.
All he kept repeating with an attitude was "so you want your order canceled?"
He gave zero effort in trying to process my order."
