Amazing Deals and Great Customer Service!

"I have used Raise consistently since finding out about it early this year. The deals you can find on their site for your everyday shopping needs (restaurants, department stores, grocery, etc.) are excellent and their app is very easy to use. Although I have had some cards that didn't work or didn't have a balance, just call their customer support team within 100 days of purchase and they will fully refund you. All of their representatives are helpful, friendly and professional. Overall, this is an amazing company and site where we have saved over $1,500 total this year already for our family of six. Highly recommended!"

They STOLE $944.00 !!!!

"I ordered 3 Home Depot gift cards for a total of $944.00. They were lost in the (USPS) mail.
( You know....the ones run by the US government) Then Raise refuses to honor their GUARANTEE, and says it's the post offices fault...you know, the same one they hire to deliver their product. Wouldnt you think they could at least email me the gift card #s so I wouldnt lose close to ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Being the eternal optimist, I must say their customer service was quite polite as they told me to bend over!

Bad Customer Service

"I talked to a person named Trent and I was given a code to apply to my order for discount but it did not work. I contacted Customer SErvice and spoke to Trent, he wasted 30 minutes of my time without helping out anything and he kept asking stupid questions and then did not help at all."

Great service!

"I have bought multiple gift cards through raise with no problems until today. I was always concerned that I might get a card without money on it and then I'd be out of my own money. That happened today. When I got the ecard there was the appropriate amount of money, but when I went to use it today the card had a balance of 0 and was closed out. I called and was almost immediately put through to a representative in a call center here in the U.S. He took care of my issue right away and refunded me all of my money! I will definitely continue to buy through raise for all of my gift cards."

Lennon is a Rockstar Employee! Best service I've ever received!

" I had made a call before the call that connected me to Lennon and was brushed aside and given incorrect information. When I called back and Lennon answer the phone I was obviously upset, but she remained calm and was also able to calm me down and reassure me that she would stay on the line until we resolve the problem. We spent probably 20 minutes on the phone and every issue we ran into she was able to fix efficiently. She demonstrated a compassion, dedication to her job, she was extremely competent, and very very patient with me. If it weren't for my conversation with Lennon, I was planning to permanently delete my account with raise.com. Please, let her know how much her help and patience was appreciated. Overall, I just want it to be known that Lennon is a phenomenal employee at Raise.com and I hope management recognizes what a difference she made in my opinion of raise.com.
Thank you Lennon!

P.S.: Lennon did not ask me to fill out a survey, I asked her if there was a survey that I could fill out because I was so impressed by the service she provided me.

Ross is the Boss! Faith in Raise Restored...

"That was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I was calling as the Online Sales Department flagged some of my gift cards. I had emailed them 3 times and didn't hear anything and really was expecting to get the run around. Ross took down my issue and then talked with the Online Sales Department. I didn't think their initial response was valid and mentioned that to Ross. Typically, we would have someone hang up at this point on you or just go through the motions to get you off the phone. Ross actually listened and contacted the Online Sales Department again and within 2 minutes, was able to get them to recheck and solve the problem. All my cards are now listed. That was amazing. Thanks Ross. Good luck bro!"

SCAM!!!

"RAISE is a scam company!!
If you purchase a gift card but do not use it within 100 days, this company resells the numbers to other people and exponentially makes money. This scam could go on forever from one card. All the while, your original card "expires" after 100 days and you are out the money you paid for the card. In California, it is against the law to sell gift cards that "expire." Money does not expire.
I paid $385 for a card, but did not use it within their 100 day "policy." Apparently, I lose. Wrong....
RAISE is just another corporate scamming company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

never ever use this website

"i have spent over $40,000 on this website, do not buy the egift cards, what they do is buy them from someone and if you don't use the egift card within 100 days the person who sold it to raise will use it without your knowledge and raise will tell you you are s##t out of luck. You would think with all the money i spent and the amout of clients i sent to their website, i would get better customer service. I've spent well over 5 hours with customer support and my credit card is trying to dispute the $2800(out of $40,000 paid). I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AND ALL BUYS BEWARE"

"If service is an art then Raise is the Louvre and Fawn, the associate with whom I had the singular pleasure of speaking today, is Rembrandt. Not only did I have my concern handily addressed and resolved, but the disposition with which Fawn approached it actually had me thinking the whole situation to be a "felix culpa". Raise has eponymously elevated the bar for customer care, and I for one am more than pleased to give them all of my gift card business. "

Dishonest Company and Dishonest Employees!!!

"Spoke with "Lovely" the supervisor and she repeatedly fed me misinformation. Whole Foods no longer accepts my vouchers and Lovely said Raise sent out emails to all members reflecting that Whole Foods was changing its policies. Lovely admitted that she couldn't locate emails neither to myself nor my wife with this information. Lovely stated that the words printed on the vouchers "Does not expire" were valid but admitted she always used the cards within the 100-day period that Raise guarantees because of potential policy changes. So what is the difference between expiring and no longer being able to use a card??? Raise doesn't back its product and I believe a class action lawsuit would be the only way to get them to shape up. I lost a few hundred dollars on the Whole Foods debacle (saving just 5% per card.) Or management that cares about their reputation. Raise should be the one that fights with Whole Foods to make sure the cards still work not we the consumer... Very bad experience."

Can't go wrong with deals

"This was the first issue I ran into using raise services (usually I get my order if a physical gift card within a week!), and the customer service team didn't hassle me at all when I asked them to look into the problem. Instantly they went ahead and refunded me! It was a relief that I didn't have to go through interrogation like many big box companies would do. I wish I had gotten the order but this is the next best thing!"

Raise is all about them zero dont sel or buy with the

"This company started out great, but has quickly gone down hill in a very fast manner, they do everything in there power to make sure there there funded , NOT the seller or BUYER all they care about is there 15 percent commission and keeping it period, I used to be a seller and they have taken advantage of me for some time now, I would not recommend doing any business with this company as they are not to be trusted and give sellers all kind of ways to get people to sell to them in the darkest of ways. I as asked by them to remove the rating so i did revise it and make it better as they said they were going to work on reversing one of the the transactions, i did, no word from them then couple days later they took another 95.00 out of my account. well this ones back now with a little more revision the truth!!, fix the problem this company will not be around very long doing business this way.


Follow up, 3 times they have done this to me, Promising to send cards back, never did, kept saying they will look into it, well its been 90 days now, case files 58 days ago, they stated 10-14 days for response, they took my money and kept my product, If i go to a store and return an item I Have to have the item to return, well with raise you do not!!! that is what they say, they took me from 10% to 13% as did not qualify and when i wrote a bad review begged me to remove it so i revised it, well it did no good. and now they took me to a 15% comission and dropped any and all bulk seller support, I can no longer call them for any help. guesss it is there way of taking over 500.00 from me and not a thing I can do about this

Works and great deals, but be smart!

"I read lots of reviews of Raise, most either loved or hated the service. The service works, and is just a resale community for gift cards, covered by their 100 day warranty (and you have your credit card company to dispute if needed too). I order $300 in eGift cards, which were delivered instantly, and worked fine that night. I'll now use this site all the time prior to going to a restaurant or purchasing at a store!

Hold times were long in customer service, but they have a call back service which worked well (they call you back when your number comes up in queue). When I spoke to someone, he was very helpful.

Most of the complaints were people that had problems outside the guarantee window. So be smart and don't sit on your purchases past the window or buyer beware!
