"My experience with RaveReady was pretty good compared to the ones below this. I ordered my things on August 14th, and they shipped that same day. I didn't receive them until August 23rd, which was a little disappointing because I ordered from Hot Topic the same day and I got that stuff within 3 days. I learned that when it says its shipped, they have delivered it to the postal station and the rest isn't dealing with them from that point on. I would say this site is wonderful if you're fine with waiting awhile for your stuff. My Fluffies are wonderful, and I'd order again, but I would plan out my order and how long I'd be willing to wait. So overall, this is a decent site."

"It is impossible to get in touch with customer service. Their Live Chat link does not work on their website, calling their phone number takes you to voicemail, they do not reply to email, and they remove any inquiries posted on their FB site. I placed an order for a time-sensitive event and have not received any status updates after nearly 2 weeks have gone by and I haven't received my order despite living in the same city that their warehouse is located. There's no excuse for this. I will not be ordering from them again. "
"I would not recommend to buy from rave ready. I ordered a tutu from them almost 3 weeks ago and I never got it. I also had ordered some hot pants from them and the sent me the wrong ones. And getting ahold of Them is impossible. Horrible service.
I want to make a correction. The tutu was from beat drops closet not rave ready, they jut got my order wrong, but they're also owned by the same company. "
