"I purchased an LED shirt from RaveReady in early October in hopes to receive it in time for a show I was going to a few weeks later. After waiting a while I found out the shirt was out of stock and began to worry I wouldn't have it in time for the show. However, after sending an e-mail to customer support, they were extremely helpful and cooperative in understanding my situation and ensuring it was resolved.
They went out of their way to send me a similar style shirt across the country in just 2 days so that I would have it in time for the show. It worked great and was a big hit with many people. I have since worn it to two other shows and am constantly receiving compliments and questions about where I got it from.
It's really nice to see companies that still take the time to help their customers, especially in the world of online shopping, and I truly do appreciate it. I will be buying all of my necessary rave equipment from RaveReady in the future"

"I have order from RaveReady.com on two occasions. About a year gap between the two purchases as well. During both times, I have spoke to a customer service representative who went above and beyond to attend my needs.
When I placed my second order with KK, I saw that my card was charged twice for the same amount. I knew it had to be something to do with the website issue I had while I was on the phone with a representative. So I mistakenly ordered the item twice. I called during their business hours and the gentlemen had no problem hearing out my issue, researching it, and refunding my money back. I was literally on the phone for 5 minutes.
The highlights of this company is their products, customer service, and speedy delivery thanks to the U.S. Postal Service (which I think it's the smartest way). I suggest if you're ordering something like an outfit or multiple colored fluffies, call them to see if they have it in stock (specially if you want the item within a week or two). All in all, you won't regret doing business with them."

"THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM EVER!!! Buyers beware!!!! I placed an order for a Halloween costume last Friday (10/18) I got NO email confirmation. My credit card was billed. I called on Tuesday inquiring why my order hadn't shipped explaining the urgency of the matter. They told me my costume "wasn't in". Everything on their website says, "IN STOCK" but mean while NOTHING is in stock. I followed up with them on Wednesday and she tells me that my order came in but with no booties. Tomorrow is Friday (there are Halloween party's all weekend) In addition I was told they didn't have them. Period. NOT ONCE was I told they would be shipped out the next day... I wasn't going to wear an incomplete costume. I checked my SPAM folder and NOPE Nothing there as expected. "

"You must be kidding me, you are really asking me to update my review based on lies that you shipped on time? Thank you God I did get some of my items in time for the party but boy it cost me so much trouble to even get a response from you and I bet if I did not put this review on I would have never received some of the items on time. Some of the items because the item I wanted the most which was clearly marked in stock when I ordered never arrived. When I inquired about it I was told it is out of stock. I was so disappointed! If I had known this at the time I placed the order I could have ordered the same item somewhere else and have it for my party. So I had to change all my costume in the last minute. No I am not a happy customer. Dealing with this company was very stressful and if you read their replies below they are not willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. I understand things happen but the tone of voice in the replies here are just not acceptable for me as a client, this is not how I expect to be treated as a paying client. Sorry will never buy here again and will not recommend anyone else does either. Quality of items I did receive was just okay but for the price I paid I guess I didn’t expect much more.

Reading these reviews below make me VERY nervous! I placed my order online with Raveready.com last Thursday October 18th and to date have not received any notice that the items were sent. Non of the items I ordered were custom and all items said to be in stock. I was hoping to have the items here by now as I wanted to wear them to a Halloween party this Friday October 26th. I tried calling their customer service many times and sent more than three follow up e-mails to see what the holdup is and have not heard back a word. If no one calls me back by tomorrow I am going to call my credit card and dispute the charge."

"I ordered my fluffies on 10/05/12 and received them 2 weeks later on 10/20/12. I don't recommend using this site if you need your items in a prompt manner. Not only was my item late but also it was a DIFFERENT item. It was made by a different manufacturer, and not the one I wanted. It would have been nice if they had asked me whether I wanted this exchange, because I would have preferred a refund. I won't be ordering from this site again."
"I placed an order on September 17th, 2012. I have not received any shipping information and it is now a month later. October the 18th, 2012 I have not received the items, or any information stating that the items I purchased are shipped or even exist. I was not informed at the time of purchase that items in my order were out of stock. I do not recommend ever using this company. Over priced, unreliable, and bad business to take money for goods that you are not in possession of.
I received a full refund today the 19th. Very prompt service when money is oncerned. I wish I could have had a guarantee on delivery of my items instead of canceling my order. I waited a month with nothing but this review and emails to show for it. If I was notified on time of purchase that these so called "custom" outfits were going to take more than 4 weeks to make let alone international shipping time, then repackaging at rave ready's California location, then standard USPS delivery speed to my Washington location. I realized the outfits were not going to arrive in the month of October, and my event was this weekend.
I will shop direct from the manufacturers next time and cut middle-man companies out of the loop. It's the same product, only cheaper and without the headache caused by this companies inadequacies. "
