"I ordered 3 pairs of Amok pants over 6 weeks ago and my order says still processing (apparently the order has comes from Germany and it will come any day now....4 weeks later), when I email I get generic "sorry for the inconvenience" reply, infact the copy and pasted the same messages and sent them back again. I have tried calling their customer service line and they dont answer, I left a message and surprise surprise they appear not to want t call me back in New Zealand. I message there facebook page and they ignore me or delete my comments. I have asked repeatedly for an estimated time on the arrival of the order and they ignore my question. I am disgusted with their customer service and have requested a full refund, I expect I wont here from them for at least a week so come monday I will be calling my credit card company as this is plain unacceptable, I will also be seeing if I can report them somewhere.

"At first i was extremely excited about RaveReady's selection, prices and supposedly quick deliveries.

However, it has now been almost three months since my order was placed, and it is still shown as 'processing' - and what's worse, I can't even undo the order anymore as the customer service stopped responding to my e-mails after it became apparent that mere platitudes, rather than definitive actions, would not be enough to pacify me.

For a product (Amok pants) that was advertised to ship in two weeks (and a small print saying it could actually take up to one month), this delay is unacceptable and mere apologies followed by complete silence from the store's part add insult to injury. I hope to avoid having to contact a different organization to resolve the matter, but as it stands it seems that might be the only way for me to get either my order or my money back.

I hope this review jostles the people of RaveReady into action to finally resolve this catastrophe. If so, I will gladly do a re-evaluation, but so far it looks like I've been downright scammed.

EDIT: With over 4 months passed and nothing happening, I will now give RaveReady one last chance to stand behind their word. The customer service representative below claims I can demand a full refund and cancellation of my order: I am now calling him out on that claim. I am officially demanding a full refund, Raymond, and I shall edit this review according to how the matter is handled. "

"Great service, had put down an address the USPS didn't recognize, and was notified soon after, I didn't get around to the email until September (was notified in April). They still sent it out and got it about a week later (I had sent them the information on a Friday and received the package on Thursday). Very nice people, very patient. So happy I got my hair dyes."

"I am absolutely terrified and regret that I didn’t do much research on Rave Ready before I placed my order. I am seeing so many horrible reviews. I did have a hard time contacting them. I placed my order on September 13, 2012, thinking this is plenty of time to arrive before Halloween.

It still says processing, which doesn’t seem like it should be the case. I want answers, and I want them right away. If they don’t believe they will arrive before Halloween, I want to be able to cancel my order with ease, before it’s “shipped”.

The woman I was working with, Alexia, not only helped me find superior alternatives, but I also received my order FAST. I was able to track my package and my order arrived today! Everything is perfect (and very reasonably priced) and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received (which was above and beyond the call of duty) and the product is great quality too! "I have made several orders from Rave Ready and every time I have been nothing but happy with my product. Recently I ordered some fluffies and they had not been shipped in time because they were coming from Europe and I was worried that I wouldn't have them in time so I called and talked to a customer service rep. She was so nice and offered to send me another pair that they had in the warehouse practically over night. This is my favorite rave store!! "
