"I ordered a custom microskinz gloveset that cost me like $81. Its been 15 days. I know custom items take longer to ship, but how long do these take? I've recieved no responses from the rave ready team."
"GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I ordered for the first time this last week. I first got fluffies, and had a few questions after placing my order. I called the number, as well as emailed. I recieved a call back a few days later and got a email back the next day!
They were very prompted to set everything straight for me. When on the phone Alexia was concered about a back order and me not getting the fluffies in time, so after hanging up she emailed me right away with other options they had in stock, ready to send out today. Sure enough there were a pair I liked so they are currently on their way!
It was nice being able to get contacted with, over the phone, and they were very accommodating and truthful!
I will order with them in the future! "
"I placed an order on January 4, and I got a confirmation email for the order, however I never received an email that it was shipped. My credit card was already charged so I emailed raveready and inquired if my order has been shipped yesterday - no response. I have been calling but the message machine always goes straight to voicemail.... I left a voicemail a little bit ago but now that I'm doing some research on reviews of the company I'm getting worried that I won't get a response and will not get my order by the date of the event that I was ordering it for... I guess we will see what happens
Update:
I received a call back from them and they informed me that the order is back-ordered from the manufacturer and offered me a different product that was in stock. That was fine, but it would have been nice if they informed me about this when I placed the order or any time in the 10 days afterwards prior to them charging my card and me contacting them myself."
"RaveReady definitely proved to me that they truly are the best of the best when it comes to customer service! I ordered my first pair of fluffies from them at the beginning of December with plans on wearing them to Bassnectar on NYE... My order ended up being late. Very late. I didn't have them for the show which really sucked, and the fluffies I received didn't have the star LED lights or ribbons I added onto them. I was really dissapointed. But, RaveReady truly stepped up and when I addressed the problem online with customer service, I wasn't expecting a respond for at least 2 days, and I got a reply within about 2 hours!! Not only did I get a fast response, but I was instantly refunded for the missing star LED lights and the missing ribbons. I also got a response from a genuine person who cared about my experience and was extremely honest and helpful person. I was given a gift card to their site for any inconvenience I may have experienced.
I was mind-blown at how prompt they were to responding to my problem and I can't explain just how much I TRULY appreciate and love a company with genuine customer service. Even though my order had a rough start (and I am sure it wasn't even their fault, it was Holiday season), I am extremely satisfied with my product and my experience with RaveReady. RaveReady must be ran by true ravers, because I can just feel the love!

I ordered them and I am the only one on the island of oahu who has this set (: everyone asks me where I got them and I recommend them to raveready.com These gloves were awesome to do light shows with them. "I ordered a pair on gloves from Rave Ready on 12/03/2012 thinking they would have plenty of time to deliver for xmas. They charged my credit card on 12/05/2012. Xmas came and went and the gloves were a no show. Contacted RR via email and did not get a reply until 4 days later. They said "We are sorry, blah blah blah, we are waiting on a delivery from our supplier." OMFG, Not only did they charged my credit card for merchandise that they had not shipped, they charged it for merchandise they did not even have in stock. Customer service is non-existent. They should have informed me right away that the item was on back order. What a bunch of scum suckin' bottom dwellers. I cancelled my order and I am still waiting for them to credit my account. They have no idea how to run a business. "

I've been in the rave scene for years as a Kandi Fairy Kid and enjoy wearing unique expressive outfits. Especially when the scene was underground, you truly saw creative minds expressing at their best! I essentially learned from the best!
I ordered LED Light-up Pins to complete my outfit for POP NYE. I am truly impressed by the vast variety of merchandise available! Rave Ready provides unique items you certainly can't find at your local mall. Checkout was a breeze and I enjoy the user-friendly interface of the website. Having status updates for orders as well as shipment tracking is essential, and I was truly impressed!
However, what I truly feel highlighted my experience of shopping with Rave Ready was the Customer Service. Above & Beyond is one of my favorite DJs--and that's what I truly felt Rave Ready's Customer Support did for me!
Anthony helped me with my entire checkout process. He offered help in the best way possible. I expressed to him my concern for receiving my order before POP NYE--I greatly appreciated how my concerns were listened to and understood.
I received my order promptly. And I truly enjoyed my LED Light Pins! They worked perfectly and had fun donning my outfit with them--as well as raving in the world of POP NYE!
Rave Ready has my support and future business! I have many raves this year to attend and many more costumes to create. I can't wait to shop with Rave Ready again for more fun products to let my imagination go wild!

I really need this item before new year but I actually Am fearing that I won't get it in time. I've called during business hours and sent to voicemail when I call again it's closed! "Very disappointed! I ordered this item almost a month ago and my online status still says processing. It also says that it is too late to cancel the order because it is in the final stages of processing... It has been in the FINAL stages for 2 weeks now. Everytime I call, I get sent to a voicemail. "I placed an order Tuesday 12/11 and called the next day to see if it were possible to have my order shipped out as soon as possible to get it by saturday. "I had to call them just to find out my package has been shipped. It had been 21 days since ordering and 17 days since shipping, I called them and they assured me that if it has not been updated after 30 days they will send out another pair free of charge. I did end up getting the package before Christmas but the international shipping took sone time.I love the selection on the site and great prices, there are many things I would love to order from them, but after this issue with shipping I will be apprehensive from ordering in the future.
