Tech support worked with me and discovered what the problem was. I now have the correct bed cover on its way. Great service."

When I saw a suggestion on screen to call a representative to get a discount.
I spoke to a rep. Who said he could help me , he would fill out a purchase form with my info. An send me a secure site to complete my purchase.
When I opened the site the price was increased by $60.00.
When I informed the rep. The price was incorrect he said he was correct.
I then told him the price I already had plus NJ 7% tax (Free Shipping).
An informed him to “cancel my order”.
Whit that he informed me I was correct with my pricing.
I canceled anyway feeling he originally tried taking advantage of me with an increased price.
Furthermore I went on line while he asked me to wait an found 90 Plus % of your reviews were negative. "

"Customer service was good, but I run a business & paid $64.00 for over night shipping and scheduled the customer car when it should of been here and it did not show up and I’m still waiting on the part and still waiting for my shipping returned to my card. Customer service wouldn’t fix the issues by overnighting it after I contacted them and just said I had to wait for it to get here up to 11 days after ordering it. This is a business and a time sensitive order and have a customer upset and now waiting for their vehicle to be returned after we receive and install the part. This is not just a DIY job where time does not matter. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. "
