"Placed my order with an agent online. During the order I provided my shipping address, however the agent did not verify this and my order was sent to the wrong address. Iinformed her of this and was told she would contact the shipping department and she would be unable to fix it. The shipping department was able to contact FedEx and update my address but this has caused several days in delay. The reason I used the agent to place my order was they guaranteed the fastest shipping, however this was not the case and I would have been better placing the order myself. "
