"After a fairly detailed conversation over the phone to narrow down to a specific product for my 2022 Ram 1500 with the Multi-Function tailgate (there are very few options for a tonneau cover to this particular configuration), I received the wrong product and have been told to wait "3 to 5 business days" before resolution can be determined. This is simple folks, ship the correct one, take the incorrect one at the time of delivery of Item # 1 (incorrect model #) and we both go about our business.
