"I needed a replacement bench seat cover for my truck. Went to RealTruck website and picked out what I needed. I could have gone to the order page at that point but a box popped up and advised special pricing was available if I went through a customer service rep via online chat. So I opened a chat box and spoke to "David L". I had already explained what I needed in the opening conversation. Maybe he didn't see it, but I went through it again, being specific to my make/model/year. Before I could finish he texted "Hello?". He then told me there were over thousands of options to choose from and I needed to narrow it down. Since I had already looked up what I needed I gave him specifics to the color and material...I think he wanted an item number....isn't that his job? He gave me a price, which was full price. I asked about special pricing. He then offered a $9 discount. I accepted. He gave me a link to enter payment and told me to let him know when I had paid for the item. I did. He said great, thank you, and closed the conversation. I then noticed he charged me full price. I felt it was poor customer service, the rep was rude and I was overcharged for what was promised. I won't do business with RealTruck.com again."

"I did. And was told after quite some time to call an 800 number. I told them on social media if I had to do all that I was moving on but screw you for wasting my time. They reponded by telling me to give them my receipt number. So I posted a gif of Forrest Gump and asked them.if it sounded like I got an order in. That's when the blocked me. Read through all the bad reviews and notice the pattern"
