Question: When is it scheduled for delivery now? Ticket isn't solved until the package is in my hands! If you ordered something and three days after the delivery date it had not arrived, you would not be satisfied the issue had been solved. I understand it's FEDEX's problem, future solution suggestion. Send a second package and FEDEX can send one back on their cost if both arrive. FEDEX has insurance to cover shipping damage/loss and they can cover their mistake. This would keep your customers happy.
I am currently not happy. Starting tomorrow I will be on a trip and need to secure items in the truck bed. The forecast is for rain and my tools may get rusty which will get me angry instead of just unhappy. Please understand I am making a recommendation for a policy change on shipping procedures. Also consider shipping into New York state instead of Tennessee. Elmira, Rochester, Jamestown, and Buffalo are locations much closer to the final destination."
