"Terrible experience. Basically a drop-shipper. You order through them and the manufacturer ships the product. If you have an issue with an item like I did, you're basically screwed. They tell you they have filed a claim with the manufacturer, however, weeks later you will still have no resolve. I had to file a complaint with Paypal to get my money back.

"Buyer beware is all I will say. I placed an order for a DK2 Rampage snow plow from you the end of October. Nothing on the website says it will take 3 weeks to ship. It does mention that if there is a delay that I will be contacted, I had to initiate the contact. That's not my problem but only the beginning of the lies. About 2 weeks after my order I called an got Barb Adago as my representative, she said it takes 10 days and should be shipped out in a day or 2. I firmly believe she was being honest with me from the info she had so Barb was great. I also noticed that the plow went on sale so ask for the sale price and was told to send a link to the sale price. Here is where things took a turn for the worse and the lies begun, A few days later I notice that it still hasn't been shipped so I called again and this time got Mark. Now Mark tells me I ordered the Elite plow and they already discounted(convieniently to the price of the standard plow)it but he could give me the sale price on the Elite plow. Now I know I didnt order the elite plow but I was fine with it at a little less then what I was going to pay for the standard plow. But i already knew i was lied to and if i had time to wait I would have canceled my order and ordered it elsewhere but the snow is coming and I need a plow. Yesterday I got confirmation my plow was shipped and by golly it was the plow I actually ordered and not the elite, SHOCKER!. So again I send the link to the sale price, to Ebony Thomas, asking for the sale price considering the lies and BS I went through and so far I have not heard back. Honestly not holding my breath on that sale price. Just wanted to let real truck know that some of your employee maybe in Management or even the owner are not running your business in a very ethical manner and should be canned."
"I called every other day for all most 2 weeks to find out why I never received an email confirmation number " A 1,594 dollar RECIPE " to give to my customer, only to find out that I wouldn't be able to get the rims till 3/20/2020 !!!! (THATS A 5 MONTHS LEED TIME )!!! and when I asked for the deposit back they said it would take another 10 business so I asked what about a different set of rims ,with no choice, the price kept climbing up with no type of inconvenience discount so I had nothing to offer my customer but an opdays about a different set after my customer but an apology
for waiting for 2 weeks and I cant give them there money back for another 2 weeks ..I'll be surprised if they dont file a law suit against me"
"My cover has a 5 year warranty. I’m three weeks into filing claim for damaged parts with no resolution . I had to follow up three times before they told me manufacturer has not responded to them yet? I’ve sent pics of the damaged parts and detailed explanation of where damage was. The customer loyalty specialist lol is still asking me questions about damaged side rails that I never mentioned .
Does she have me confused with another customer ? The responses are not even professional emails. It almost looks like my case was assigned to a teenager on a iphone and sending me stupid texts. Just give me an answer and honor your warranty please."
"i work at a high flow body shop and ordered a set of nurf bars and they came in damaged. called immediately on 10-7 to have another set of bars sent to me and here it is a week later 10-14 and they still have not done that. had to email them pics of damaged bars and box and apparently still have not sent out yet. there way of accommodating there customers with this issue is horrible. i have a truck here thats had body work and paint work done on it and all its waiting for is a set of nerf bars to come in NON damaged. every email a guy steve at ext 1386 sent me and i replied to him asking what is the ETA of the replacement bars and got no reply until l a week later saying they will be shipped out in a day or 2. i will not be ordering from this website ever again and being in the auotbody industry i will be telling anyone and everyone i know in this line of buisness to never order from REALTRUCKS.COM because of the way they handle issues like the one i am in. I told them if they cant get the new bars to me today or tomorrow then cancel the order because i cant wait any longer nor can the customer who is in a rental car. thanks for nothing"
"I got a nurf bar and it was missing one of the brackets. Called to get missing bracket on Oct 25 . Today is Nov 13 and still haven't received my bracket that I was told shipped. So I called today to get a return label. Buyer beware !! Crappy customer service !! "

"Ordered a bedcover on 11/5/19 the link says will ship next day. On 11/7/19 I had no shipping information. So I call at 8am. I am told it will be another 3-5 days before it ships. I ask to cancel my order and they file a request. I receive an email around 3pm that same day stating my order has shipped. I have already purchased my product locally. I follow the fedex link and it stats the label has been created but the item has not been picked up yet. After multiple emails and multiple phone calls I am told it has been shipped and I will need to send it back when I receive it. I was promised a return label that I have yet to receive. Avoid them at all costs. Horrible customer service. "

Their web site states a certain part # will fit my truck. I ordered the part. I took two weeks to receive it. The part required drilling and attaching hardware to the vehicle for the first steps. I then assembled the main part as instructed. The part did not fit, even after suggested modifications. I called the manufacturer who advised me the part # was incorrect for the vehicle. (web site lists wrong part #)
I have been attempting through emails and voice mail for 10 days to get someone to speak to me and to send me a return authorization #. NO RESPONSE. Out of patience. Asked AmExp to intervene."
"It took them almost a week to ship an exhaust. I called to cancel the order the second day in. They still shipped it anyway. The customer service is insanely unhelpful and SLOW. It took 3 days for them to put in a cancellation request and once I recieved the item another whole week to get a return label with one email answered out of 7. Customer service is ran by mostly imbicels specifically Trystin Hogan. No call backs from her and I called to see where in the world my shipping label was. I asked for her and they said she wasn't available so I asked to speak with a manager. Coinsidentaly Trysten was now available and had just come back from her "break" yea a break at 9am sure. I was told by the rep on the phone that she would send me the return shipping label today which she did...after holding on to it in her email for days I assume because it doesnt take a week. I would highly recommend sticking with amazon or ebay. Realtruck BLOWS."
"I purchased a seat cover. it took 3 weeks to come in, and when it did it was obvious it had be sold before and resold to me.
It came in a thin plastic bag, not original packaging. It had no instructions. The ropes need to install it were mostly missing. the ones that were there, were already tied to some of the loops, indicating someone else tried to install it. The had been cut and were not usable. Buyer beware!"

to my dismay it was the wrong unit. contacted the vendor they sent me back to Real Truck Steve the customer service , Steve sent me a shipping label to return the unit Steve forgot so send 2 labels being there are to boxes that come with the unit. NOW no show with Steve
Ive emailed 5 times Ive left message after message at his extension
talked to other customer service people saeting they cant help me and that they would leave Steve another message. Kind of worried the 2300.00 that Real Truck .com excepted through their loan company and now they dont want to help resolve the issue.
