"My wife ordered me a grill guard for Christmas. She placed the order in 11/28/2019. We received the confirmation of the order by email. Then nothing. Any other company we’ve ever ordered things from, it’s been 2 weeks max and the order had shipped. But nope, not this company. I called over a week ago and the rep blamed the manufacturer. Which tells me they sold something they didn’t have. Now frustrated I look into more customer experiences. And behold.. nothing but bad reviews. A lot of people being told the same thing. It’s the manufacturer last fault. I call BS. You don’t sell something you don’t have. Plain and simple. No other company has this problem. I’m currently on hold waiting for their “customer service” to answer. I’ve been waiting for almost 40 mins for someone to answer. Pretty pathetic. It doesn’t even take this long to talk to someone at the IRS.
Hey real trucks... if I don’t get an answer in the phone with a valid reason why my order hasn’t shipped, I’m going to my bank today and filing fraud on the charge. Cause I’ve also seen the reviews from people that can’t seem to get a refund from y’all as well. "
"Purchased pair of shocks, then found cheaper at 4wheelparts. Called Real Truck before they shipped to see if they would honor their “beat competitors prices” promise. Customer service said she would look into it and assigned ticket #, said customer service would respond soon. Talked to order dept to about ordering other pair of shocks for the rear. Order taker would not beat 4wheelparts price, though he verified same item, lower price. Ended up purchasing shocks from 4wheelparts, and they lowered the price even more. Real Truck customer service never got back with me on the price difference on the first pair of shocks, even after I emailed an inquiry. Real Truck does not honor their word. "
"I first placed an order with your company Nov 24th order number 1978841 for Janet Reilley. We order three items and saw one was wrong and cancelled it the next day. I have talked with at lease 5 people at your company that promised me they would get my refund. As of today Dec 10th I have not received my credit. I re-ordered from your company on 11/26. the order number is 1983527. I finally received one item this week the other item still has not arrived. I am very disappointed in your company.
Everyone I have talked to has promised to resolve this and everyone has marked y complaint SOLVED. It is not and I do not appreciate this. I need for someone to call me in the next 24 hours or I will be reporting you to the Better Business Beauru and I will be contracting my bank to pursue this as fraud. "purchased step sider for my truck. $700. Was told it was in stock and would be delivered withing 7-8 days.
The brackets were delivered in 7 days but no rail. customer service was of no help. they wouldn't contact the factory during our call. 3 days later i got a email that the remainder of the order shipped with tracking number but no eta.
i tracked through Saia. The delivery was scheduled for a week later. The terminal was in austin. the driver texted and gave me 15 minutes to contact him or there would be no delivery. i called him with no answer. he texted back saying he couldn't deliver. i called the local terminal and they indicated there had been no delivery to Llano yesterday. now the order won't deliver to tomorrow.
bad experience all around and no i see that this is the sorry type of review this company gets all the time. my bad..

"Terrible experience. Basically a drop-shipper. You order through them and the manufacturer ships the product. If you have an issue with an item like I did, you're basically screwed. They tell you they have filed a claim with the manufacturer, however, weeks later you will still have no resolve. I had to file a complaint with Paypal to get my money back.

"Buyer beware is all I will say. I placed an order for a DK2 Rampage snow plow from you the end of October. Nothing on the website says it will take 3 weeks to ship. It does mention that if there is a delay that I will be contacted, I had to initiate the contact. That's not my problem but only the beginning of the lies. About 2 weeks after my order I called an got Barb Adago as my representative, she said it takes 10 days and should be shipped out in a day or 2. I firmly believe she was being honest with me from the info she had so Barb was great. I also noticed that the plow went on sale so ask for the sale price and was told to send a link to the sale price. Here is where things took a turn for the worse and the lies begun, A few days later I notice that it still hasn't been shipped so I called again and this time got Mark. Now Mark tells me I ordered the Elite plow and they already discounted(convieniently to the price of the standard plow)it but he could give me the sale price on the Elite plow. Now I know I didnt order the elite plow but I was fine with it at a little less then what I was going to pay for the standard plow. But i already knew i was lied to and if i had time to wait I would have canceled my order and ordered it elsewhere but the snow is coming and I need a plow. Yesterday I got confirmation my plow was shipped and by golly it was the plow I actually ordered and not the elite, SHOCKER!. So again I send the link to the sale price, to Ebony Thomas, asking for the sale price considering the lies and BS I went through and so far I have not heard back. Honestly not holding my breath on that sale price. Just wanted to let real truck know that some of your employee maybe in Management or even the owner are not running your business in a very ethical manner and should be canned."
"I called every other day for all most 2 weeks to find out why I never received an email confirmation number " A 1,594 dollar RECIPE " to give to my customer, only to find out that I wouldn't be able to get the rims till 3/20/2020 !!!! (THATS A 5 MONTHS LEED TIME )!!! and when I asked for the deposit back they said it would take another 10 business so I asked what about a different set of rims ,with no choice, the price kept climbing up with no type of inconvenience discount so I had nothing to offer my customer but an opdays about a different set after my customer but an apology

"My cover has a 5 year warranty. I’m three weeks into filing claim for damaged parts with no resolution . I had to follow up three times before they told me manufacturer has not responded to them yet? I’ve sent pics of the damaged parts and detailed explanation of where damage was. The customer loyalty specialist lol is still asking me questions about damaged side rails that I never mentioned .
Does she have me confused with another customer ? The responses are not even professional emails. It almost looks like my case was assigned to a teenager on a iphone and sending me stupid texts. Just give me an answer and honor your warranty please."
"i work at a high flow body shop and ordered a set of nurf bars and they came in damaged. called immediately on 10-7 to have another set of bars sent to me and here it is a week later 10-14 and they still have not done that. had to email them pics of damaged bars and box and apparently still have not sent out yet. there way of accommodating there customers with this issue is horrible. i have a truck here thats had body work and paint work done on it and all its waiting for is a set of nerf bars to come in NON damaged. every email a guy steve at ext 1386 sent me and i replied to him asking what is the ETA of the replacement bars and got no reply until l a week later saying they will be shipped out in a day or 2. i will not be ordering from this website ever again and being in the auotbody industry i will be telling anyone and everyone i know in this line of buisness to never order from REALTRUCKS.COM because of the way they handle issues like the one i am in. I told them if they cant get the new bars to me today or tomorrow then cancel the order because i cant wait any longer nor can the customer who is in a rental car. thanks for nothing"
