Happy with my new bag

"I have been selling my handbags with Rebag for couple years. For the first time I decided to purchase CHANEL Handbag from Rebag, instant paying a lot of money from Saks. I am very pleased with my purchase. Excellent service, beautiful handbag.
I hope Rebag will open new store in Boca Raton FL, Town Center store.
Will definitely buy more high designer handbag.

Premium Items, No Duds, Frequent Sales

"Selection is excellent. Most items look brand new and selection is rotated weekly so the store always looks fresh :D

Also sales team really care about the luxury item they’re selling :)

Fake LV bag

"I ordered a LV salsa crossbody that said it was authentic showing a serial no inside the purse on the website, when it arrived, there was a rebag card certifying the serial number w the same picture, However the bag is fake, The serial number is nowhere to be found in the bag and it feels and looks like plastic. Returning for a refund!"

All of our bags are Rebag approved and have gone through our rigorous vetting process. We take authenticity extremely seriously and rest assured, our internal and third party experts evaluate every detail of an item that we sell to ensure authenticity. They are indeed analyzing minute details such as hardware, stitching, any logos, the quality of the material, manufacturing practices etc.

The serial card that you received showing a photo of the Louis Vuitton date code, was of the actual date code in the item that you have purchased. We know that it can be tricky to locate Louis Vuitton date codes and we are more than happy to assist customers with this if they need help with locating the code after receiving their item. For the item described, the code is stamped into the microfiber interior and can sometimes be challenging to locate. Yass!! FINALLY got that Chanel!

"I have been lusting after this Chanel bag for MONTHS and MONTHS! I have checked “other” luxury second hand websites and the prices were ridiculous for a used Chanel, in my opinion. Then a good friend told me about Rebag. And bay-bee, it took me 5 minutes to search, locate and buy this Chanel bag! The shipping was so fast, we all know what it’s like to buy something you REALLY REALLY want and have to wait forever for it to come. When I opened the box......girl, grinning ear to ear! I was in love! The bag is in great condition and it looked exactly like the pictures. I didn’t feel disappointed at all with the entire process of buying my Chanel bag. I’ve been carrying it every day since!"

Great First Experience with Rebag!

"Brought a recently deceased friend’s never used Celine handbag to Rebag. It was my first experience with them. The store in Soho, NYC, is beautiful and the people wonderful. They were sympathetic to my friend’s passing and immediately appraised the handbag. Key (probably not spelled correctly) was the professional who examined the bag, explained the procedure to me, verified the bag’s authenticity and said I would have a quote within one hour. I left the store (after browsing!) and true to his words, received an e-mail with an appropriate price within the hour. I accepted and am currently awaiting payment. Thank you to everyone at Rebag; I feel I did my friend a great service. Her children will share the proceeds of the sale. "

"Love my bag - quality is fantastic and it is in pristine condition. But is it real? Authenticity card supplied seems suspect. Sales person wasn't really able to provide full reassurance. Price was right, so here's hoping it is! "

Horrible Online Customer Service

"Asked me to verify purchase; sent all documents but stated that wasn't enough even though they had already taken the money out of my account. Sent customer service an email and they stated they would hold the bag until 11/4 because of the issue. Sent me a coupon code which didn't work. Bag was sold to another buyer on 10/30; and all i got from customer service was "we're terribly sorry that you were unable to purchase this item and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." Absolutely Horrible."

Terrible experience - lost the Chanel bag - not once but twice...

"Sent bag to the wrong location - missed my wife’s birthday due to complete incompetence- Packard arrived two weeks late - Rebag customer service spent more time explaining why “it’s not there fault” and charging me extra ups shipping fees then they did resolving the problem - HORRIBLE...lost a lot of future business with us"

For security reasons Rebag unfortunately is unable to change a shipping address for an order once it has been placed and we are only able to ship to the address input at checkout for security reasons. When customer's do require an address change, we always recommend using UPS My Choice. Unfortunately, UPS may require a reroute fee for the recipient if the address is changed to an entirely different address or state. And we are sorry if this was the case.

Can’t wait to travel!

"I purchased a Louis Vuitton keepall Bandouliere 60 of course with some concerns being that this was my first time not only purchasing an used bag but purchasing it online. Because of the refund policy I felt it was okay the purchase. I was extremely shocked when I saw this huge box, the packaging and most importantly the condition of the bag. This bag is TWO STEPS FROM BEING NEW from what the description stated. I gave them 4 stars because I believe no one is perfect. I will purchase from them again as well as recommend."

Not too crazy about it!

"Apart from price being way too low which I understand that it’s a business but the margin of profit here is a lot. Apart from that the ladies at the store were not approachable and nice, one of them not at all professional and kinda lost in the process."
