"I ordered my product over a week ago. I called up 2 days ago to find out when my product will be shipped. They told me they will send me an update within 24 hours.
The email that I received said they have emailed their vendor but don’t know when it will be shipped. It is now 48 hours later and I still don’t know when my product will be shipped to me let alone arrive. At this point in time I am going to cancel my order get something comparable through Amazon and get it tomorrow. I know it is tough competing with Amazon next day shipping, but having me pay for shipping and having 8 days pass and I still don’t know when my product will be shipped is not acceptable "
