"I ordered and PAID for a phone on Thursday October 28, and paid $35 to have the phone overnighted. The phone arrived on Monday, November 1. Customer Service (which is not open after 5, or weekends) told me "the website states allow 1-2 business days before shipping, so 4 days right is on time!!" I saw where the site says allow 1-2 days before shipping, which is why I decided to OVERNIGHT the phone! I assumed that 1-2 day applied to their standard shipping! Why would they offer OVERNIGHT, when obviously it's not even an option!!! I will NEVER shop here again! "
"Overall not happy. Company advertised an unlocked cell phone that would work on AT&T network yet couldn't get it to receive or send pictures. First attempt at customer support only brought "contact your provider". My provider worked with me to try to make it work to no avail.
Replaceyourcell did refund me my money - after taking out a restocking fee. Why I got hit with a restocking fee is beyond me. While the phone technically wasn't defective it didn't work as advertised on AT&T.
Won't be doing any more business with Replaceyourcell and will advise others not to either."

I called and reported the issue they gave me a RA(return authorization)# I sent the item back and chose something different. "will never buy from here again, and ill make sure everybody i know doesnt either. i bought a NEW IN BOX samsung impression. recieved a refurbished one. sent it back, few weeks later i get my supposedly new one. phone doesnt appear to be new but ive been waiting on a phone for a few weeks so i keep it, few weeks later phone stops working. replace your cell said it was out of the 30 day warranty, i sent it to samsung for the factory warranty and they said there was corrosion in the phone. so my NEW phone turned out to not be new, and i got screwed out of 170 dollars. nobody wanted to return any of my emails either. *EDIT* 4 months to contact you? my second phone that was "new" shipped out on 7/28/10, recieved it probably about a 5 business days after, i sent a complaint on 9/8/10, so i had the phone for right at a month"
"never buying any phones here again. My sprint samsung mits is operable but has a mind of its own. Been having problems a/f the 30 days warranty. Shuts off and can't turn it back on unless it's been recharged and a/f that good luck. Extremely frustating. Never again."
