When I went to ATT to activate it, I discovered that I qualified for a smart Iphone upgrade for the same amount that I paid for this non-smart phone. We sent it back within the 30 day allowed time, with only a 20% restocking fee. I highly recommend this company. Mona Davis."

"I would love my motorola W510 phone if it worked. No matter how long I charge it, the battery will not last. I asked replaceyourcell.com for a new battery and they quickly sent it. However, that didn't help. I even purchased new charger because the one that came with the phone fell apart...that didn't help either. I charge the phone for days, unplug it and it only shows 2 (out of 3)bars of battery life. If I make or receive one call, the battery immediately dies. I must assume the phone is defective, but I can't seem to get replaceyourcell.com to exchange the phone since they only have a 30 day warranty and it took a little over 30 days to try the new battery and charger. So I am out $70 plus the price of a new charger and am stuck using a very old phone until I can afford a new one which WILL NOT be purchased from replaceyourcell.com"

"I have purchased the Blackberry 8703e a smartphone and in my assessment of the phone i did not realize the phone has no camera until i went to take a picture 2 days ago.Yes its me...I called RYC just a few minuites ago expecting 24 hour service with an actual customer service personnel as the business seem to advertize but got voicemail.Mind you today is Sunday & i called supposedly during business hours before 4pm..Anyway I left a message in company's general mail box and will see how this goes.I purchased August 3rd and today is the 15th. I would like to replace smartphone with one that has a camera before the 30dayreturn policy runs out. Will see how customer service responds.....After reading reviews above I am starting to bite my nails.Order was filled promptly as advertized.Product is in great condition.There is a non-blackberry earbud in box which was marketed as a blackberry product(not bothered)...but on company's end it is a negative in not honoring advertized promises. Verizon had alot of problems bringing phone online.It was a plus personally knowing the agent. I am known by one of workers in store.It took about 2hrs and 2 agents working together (including manager)to bring product online. Its too early to know if product will last past next30days return product policy. As i read above reviews I am wondering if i lucked-out thus far should I just keep what i have and my tails between my legs and move on..I have two accounts with verizon and another with AT&T.I have had ongoing problems with att's customer support these past 13 months with a defective Samsung product which was new out of the box when purchased but after 6 years with them i have decided to move on..I just want a phone to compare exact services & without a contract for starts.Will see how all this goes.I intend to update once I get an online or telephone response from RYC. "This is the first time I have tried your company or any company like this; I've always just pay the high price from the carrier to get a new phone. I am still waitting for my shipment but this review is about the website itself. I do alot of online shopping and viewing,your website is not customer friendly. The information about your shipping dates should not be located under the "return" section of your site. I paid an extra $35 to ship overnight,but when viewing the "return" section; lets just say I found out that I just wasted $35. I ordered on a Saturday so my order doesnt get shipped until Monday so that means I wont get it until Tuesday. I didnt know you were closed on the weekend. Also home page states 30 day return policy and two year warranty...doesnt say anything about coverage.Maybe I just cant find the information on your site...but afterall, that is what this review is about about.
