"If your provider is sprint do not purchase a phone from this website. They sold me a sprint phone that had had the software wiped out and uploaded with US cellular software. I took it into the sprint store and they said there was no way for them to activate it so it's useless to me. Great $100+ paperweight. When I called to try and secure a refund, they said they tested the phone before they mailed it and they could assure it was not faulty so therefore I have to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping again. I've now spent days waiting on the mail with no phone service and I'm out $ for shipping this worthless box back and forth. Also their customer service representative was quite rude over the phone. I will never order from this company again, and I'm really upset that they've taken so much of my time and money at this point. "

We ordered wall chargers and they only shipped the USB cables and then would never get back to me about where the rest of the order was. "Don't bother with this company. I have ordered two phones and they don't work. A Sprint Palm Trio that freezes up and a Motorola that won't keep a charge When you want to return a item they charge you a 20% restocking fee. They are crooks."

"They shipped the Centro quickly, but when it got here, it won't charge (it's not the battery, I checked) despite their assurances that they check their used merchandise thoroughly. Called and they authorized a return with no problem, BUT I have to pay to ship it back and have to wait several more days for it to get back to them and then for them to send a replacement. It seems wrong that the buyer has to pay to ship back a DEFECTIVE phone. I buy a lot of things online and that's not the usual policy for defective merchandise.
