I tried Emailing them with their quick Email that`s highlighted, but did not get a reply due to settings in my computor they explained. "After having my original order changed because they did not have the some of the items in-stock, even though they told me they did, RockAuto had to make a substitution on the parts. They assured me the parts were still correct for my vehicle, I actually voice confirmed with them that the origional part was correct before I placed the order. After waiting for a week the parts I recieved seemed jsut a little bigger than the origional parts, I called RockAuto and was told that these were correct but that I should measure them to be exact. Upon measuring and giving them the measurments they were 'oversized' parts, they had to confirm this with the manufacture, a total of 24 min on the phone. Then they could not even get the correct parts that I needed, They told me I would have to get them somewhere else.

I always call them to confirm that the part listed on their website is correct before I order, I guess that wasn't good enough. From now on I will double check with other vendors FIRST. RockAuto will be my last resort.

Also it had beed 12 days since I sent the old parts back and still have not received credit. Hopefully soon."
