Print/save/remember your order number. Their customer service was unable to locate one of my orders using my name or address. Second to avoid multiple shiping charges order from their stock. 3rd. use standard shiping. I paid for express shiping and the parts arived in the same time as they would have if I had used the cheeper shiping. "
