"I placed an order with RockAuto on 10/16 for 2 rear bumper mounting brackets, as the originals on my vehicle had rusted clean through. I had initially decided to go with RockAuto because they undercut every other website I looked at by at least 33%; these other websites were charging a ridiculous $15 handling fee on top of the cost of their brackets, which were also about $5 more than RockAuto.

I was somewhat discouraged when RockAuto.com listed the part as not being in stock and it stated that I could expect to wait anywhere from 6-10 days before the parts shipped. You can imagine my surprise when on 10/18 I got an email saying that my parts had been shipped and were due in on 10/20.

It was absolutely incredible that they had tracked down the parts and got them out so fast; most companies will, for bureaucracy's sake actually make you wait 6-10 days even if they have the parts on hand. Because of their competitive prices, quick turn around time, and access to vehicle specific parts I will definitely recommend RockAuto to anyone I know who is looking for parts.
