"RockAuto.com is the way I will get all my parts from now on. I was actually shocked at how much lower their price was compared to anyone else.

I needed a blower motor for my 02 Focus. I checked everywhere I knew of to get one for a "Rock" bottom price. It wasn't until I did I google search that I found RockAuto. The price was 50% lower than anywhere else. I decided to call them because they also had what looked like identical parts for a higher price. I asked why this one was so much lower. The Represntative said that they order parts from several manufacturers and some will be at a huge savings.

I ordered the part and recieved it in 2 days using their standard shipping. Very impressive!

I replaced the old one in about 20 minutes for a grand total of $43.86 compared to the ridiculous estimate at my local ford dealer of $350!

"The order was only for a set of spark plugs, but the fact that RockAuto also factors in warehouse closeout pricing is definately a big plus. The site's interface for searching their database is very user friendly, and impossible to misconstrue any information. My shipping was set as standard USPS, however, granted their speed, the product arrived at my door in a very expedited manner.

As of late-yesterday, I have placed another order for an additional set of plugs, with some added parts to the order. Shortly before 9:00 this morning, I had received a tracking # stating that the order had shipped. "Rock Auto went out of the way to make my order right, just like any 'bricks and mortar' business should. When I ordered my part, I ordered an ignition module, it was clearly labeled online as stock purchased from other sources as a closeout. But that meant a savings over 67 percent! The part arrived, an it looked similar to what i needed, but wasn't quite 'right'. Well, it turned out almost wasn't good enough.
I called Rock Auto's customer service; I reached Jodie. I described what I ordered, and described what I got. She investigated previous sales discovering two previous returns. Between the two of us on the phone, we concluded that the parts were mislabeled when Rock Auto received them from the closeout. She even had the warehouse pull all the existing stock (8 parts) and find the correct ones, and remove the 'mislabels'. (Two more were mislabeled parts). She sent me a new part, and a return label for the old one; all at no extra cost.
I only wish I could have helped identify the part that I was given the first time so they could return it stock correctly.
