"As a hobby mechanic I work on a varity of vehicles from current models to my 68 Firebird and a kit car.At first I thought that for these prices the parts had to be cheap Chinese knock offs but the parts have always been OEM quality. I find that I can order high performance stock parts that are a fraction the cost of "speed parts" from the big catalog stores and the inventory covers most everything I have needed. In addition to the parts costing less the shipping charges are less. When I have returned parts there have been no arguments or restocking fees. Low prices, large inventory, fast delivery, an easy to follow catalog and order process make Rock Auto my first source when I need anything automotive.

"Rock Auto are incorrect in the statement that I refused to return radiator. I could not return as radiator changed out in Advance Auto parking lot (thanks-Advance) and we had no way to put a dirty, leaking radiator in our fully packed car that had another 1000 miles to drive. Left radiator at Adavance where it will be recycled. The only part that failed was the plug so that is what Rock should be interested in, not the completed radiator. Very poor quality part and not Rock interested in "getting in right"."

"TOYOTA TRUCK PARTS! After looking extensively online at Rock Auto for a front E-brake cable for a 1987 toyota 4x4 extended chassis truck, I called and talked to a tech. He wasn't sure and called two of his suppliers for the application and still didn't know, but told me I could take a chance on one of the cables. And so I did. The cable was wrong and I had to pay shipping again to return the part leaving me with $18.74 left after spending over $33.00 with shipping costs. The cable they sent to me fit NOWHERE on the truck. I've been working on this vintage for 20+ years. 1984-88 had very good parts interchange, and I've ordered this cable successfully for an 85. I measured and used photo compares to order a 1985 cable and was an exact replacement on the 1987. The correct cable doesn't exist in the 1987 listings. So I would have saved myself money by doing the detective work myself and NOT talking to a tech at all. Rock might be ok on other parts, but thier 1984-88 Toyota truck database is whacked!"
