"I have been buying from RockAuto for several years now. They alway have good prices and quick shipping. Considering that many auto parts can be quite heavy, their shipping charges are very reasonable. This last order, the gentleman in customer service really proved how good their service is. The alternator I needed did not have a detailed description or picture, which I needed to confirm whether it had a 3 or 4 pin connector. I called support and asked him to verify the connector for me. He said he didn't have any more detailed info than was on the website, but that he would call the alternator manufacturer and confirm which connector it had. I was on hold for all of 2 minutes and had my answer. That's service the way it should be. I would place RockAuto at the very top of the list of online retailers.
