"I shop at RockAuto.com regularly. They are great with a vast amount of in stock parts and fast shipping. The only down side to this is that most of the parts have been sitting on the shelf for ever and I think that every order I have ever received from them is missing a single component out of a box. I do understand that they are a huge warehouse based business that deals with thousands of orders a day, but come on, EVERY ORDER. The good thing is that they will always make it right as soon as they can. The bad thing is that one can not always wait on the next part to come. I will continue to use them, but not for everything..."

"I purchased a passenger side mirror for my 2009 Charger from RockAuto.com. It was $20.00 cheaper than anyone else. Plus the shpping only took 4 days. When the mirror arrived, I was impressed at how they wrapped it in bubble wrap, had rubber corner protectors and was in a fabric bag.
The mirror came in perfect condition and was very easy to install. I am very impressed with RockAuto.

"I ordered several exhaust parts for a 2000 Ford Focus on RockAuto.com. The parts were shipped the same day via FedEx and arrived within a few days. The parts fit well, but lacked some hardware to connect the parts. It was not included in the description that this hardware was required. The nuts I needed were a odd metric thread, so I ended up knocking the bolt studs out and putting in new ones. Not necessarily RockAuto's fault, and non-oe parts are not always guaranteed to fit perfectly. Overall, good experience, and I will shop there again as I have in the past."
