"My order shipped very quickly, however, they require in-person signature on deliveries. So, if you're single and work, that makes in-person signing very difficult. I called and asked to waive that requirement, and I was told flat-out "NO", and that there was no other way that they were willing to help me...not even willing to comprimise or accept a signed statement from me telling them that I would accept responsibility for the delivery drop-off. They are more worried about a measley $350 than keeping a long-term customer who would probably have ended up paying them thousands and thousands of $$$'s over the course of a lifetime.
I found their customer service attitude very poor, so much so that I will never shop from them again. Thankfully, FedEx has excellent customer service, and was able to make the delivery around my schedule."

Tried calling but that doesnt work because no phone support for Ebay purchases.
Just an email address for "Bob" who rather then read your emails replies with form responses threatening bad reputation remarks if you dont comply regardless of your query.
