The other merchant with the best price could not ship early so I placed my order with Ryther. The order shipped on 12/27/2012. It literally took 12 hours form NEw Jersey to my door in Abu Dhabi; half way around the world. They understood that I was travelling and went took the effort and expense of sending the order on Fedex International priority.
