Order processing was also done in 3 days after order placed, order shipped after 7 days and reached to me after around 10 days. "I was totally scammed by Ryther Camera last week for "an upgraded battery and charger" for my NIKON D3100. They called me after I ordered and were very aggressive in the upselling. They said the original NIKON battery only lasted one hour and wouldn't work for the type of use I had for it travelling. (not true) I was told the "Quick" battery charger I purchased would charge the battery in an hour, while the NIKON included one would take overnight. I gave in and paid another $107.00 on top of th $35.00 2 day air (?) FedEx shipping charge which was ridiculous also. They did not even mail it for 4 days! Then I got it 3 days after that. Anyway, I checked out the merchandise and discovered tht the battery and charger that I paid for are the same one's that are included FREE with the camera!! I called them and told them I wanted the difference refunded because it was FRAUD to charge a customer for merchandise that the Manufacturer includes! They yelled at me, were totally unprofessional, and refused to help me. They then said the charge was to give me the "AMERICAN" version" WHAT??? They stated I ordered the ASIAN VERSION. I called NIKON and was told there is NO SUCH THING!!!. I called Ryther and told them this and they told me NIKON didn't know what they're talking about!!! That was it. It was completely ridiculous at that point and I knew I'd been totally scammed. I reported it to NIKON and my credit card company. Looking into contacting the F.T.C. FRAUD DIVISION. I've now read dozens of reviews on other sites that say the same thing. They also do it with warranties that come free with the merchandise. Please do yourelf a favor-- DONT USE RYTHER CAMERA!!!! I know the Sales people monitor this site and will immeditely post defensive comments stating that this is all made up, and that I'm very mean person etc. They posted on another site that they offered to refund me the money for the "battery and charger". Not true! I learned the hard way. Research the Merchandise AND the MERCHANT before your order online."

Everything is in order and registered with Canon.

"First of all, I'd like to say that Ryther Camera didn't asked me to write this review, I just wanted to do it for the few bad reviews I've read before. Like everyone, I was a bit concerned as it can be scary to buy online, especially when you spend this kind of money; we're not talking about a $30 purchase here...
So this is how I bought mine:
After reading good comments about Victor, here and there, I decided to call them directly: ***-***-**** and ask for Victor. He was very friendly, reassuring and helpful, I felt I could trust him so I placed my order online, then called him back again, like he told me to.
Price I saw online was $1,239.00 and I told him that I needed to have it by tuesday 7th of August (we were thursday, the 2nd).
He informed me by phone that there were 2 different prices, and the one at $1,239.00 was actually an HDR CX-760V that was not in a sealed box and with a different battery (not stock), and if I wanted one from factory in its sealed box, the price was $1,399.00.
I don't know if I got fooled by a salesman there that was trying to get the most of the sale, as this very low price could explain itself by what he told me, but in any case I wanted a brand new Sony factory HDR CX-760V in its sealed box, so I went for the one at $1,399.00. Hey at the end it's still $100 cheaper than almost everywhere else! (I saw that camcorder on sale at around $900 somewhere, but when I searched, I read all kind of scam comments, so I gave up on that, plus it was too good to be true, I mean $600 less than everyone else? Stop dreaming...
Anyway, back to my review here with Victor; like I said, the price I got was already $100 cheaper than everywhere else, so I didn't take the chance with the opened one and aftermarket battery; might be worth it, might be not; I'll never know... All I know is when I spend this kind of money, all I want is a brand new product, that sits in its box never opened! And that's what I got!
The weekend passed, I received an email saying my camcorder shipped, and I just received it today, like Victor told me, on tuesday the 7th! I mean, perfect service, right on time, no surprises.
The Sony HDR CX-760V was sent out by ground FedEx (I chose that), well protected and arrived at my door in its sealed box, brand new, with a 52mm Protective UV Filter they offered me with it; nice touch...
Haven't tried it yet, as I got it about an hour ago, and I'm charging the battery as I write this (not the stock one, I bought a NP-FV70 from ebay, it was a lot cheaper), but my first impressions are great, it's the top of the line Sony, and you can feel and see the quality of this camcorder, I'm really happy with my second choice!! I first bought a Sony HDR CX-580V from BestBuy, that i returned 5 days later when I saw the features and read the reviews of the HDR CX-760V; it's twice the price, but I'm sure well worth it, I can't wait to test it! :-)
Anyway, I wanted to write this review of Ryther Camera, to help others who might be on the fence like I was. There is nothing to be afraid of with this company, Victor is a nice guy, the service was perfect and the price lower than anyone else: $100 saved? Hey, that's something!
Like I wrote, they have cheaper ones, but like I said, I can't comment on what you get... Still mine is a great deal.
Of course, for every company you will always find some unhappy customers, that's just the way it is, no matter where you buy your stuff this is gonna happen to one or another.
The question is: would I go with Ryther Camera again? Hell yeah!

"Watch these guys. Yesterday I placed an order with them for a Nikon 28-300mm lens at $949. They also sold me a warranty for $99. Today I got a call from James at Extension 112. He asked if I wanted the Nikon USA version instead of the import version. He said I could be one of a few lucky customers in the US to get a made-in-the-USA version, which they normally sell for $1599. He said he would offer me that lens plus the warranty, a free hood and and rush-order service for $1399. That sounded like a good deal until I checked with two other companies who had stock on the Nikon USA version (#2191). One was selling it for $999.99; the other for $1149. Then I read about the Nikon warranty which states "All Nikkor autofocus lenses from Nikon Inc USA include four years of Nikon Extended Service Coverage at no charge." James called me back several times to try to get me to complete the Pay-Pal transaction I had started yesterday. When I told him I found the same lens in stock at two other places at a much lower price, he said that was not possible on this lens. Then he discredited the one store I was comparing to, said they were not an authorized Nikon dealer and didn't even have a store. Both statements were wrong.
If you do a search for 28-300mm Nikon lens on Ryther Camera's website, scroll to the bottom of the page and there you will find two products with two different prices, which leads me to believe these folks are selling warrantless gray-market lenses for the same price as other merchants.
When James started making all kinds of offers to get me to order, I told him I had no trust in their company and said I would not be ordering anything from their company, ever, at any price.
