He then asked if there was anything else I needed and he suggested an extended warranty, xtra battery or sd card... when I said no, he said "good then, look for the package to arrive via USPS, thank you for the order and should you need anything else please call us." Update:
I received the camera yesterday 8.2.11 via FedEx. I wasn't expecting it for another week or so. Just a bit thrilled to get it so quickly. Everything looks great...new in box, warranty, etc... Even received a follow-up call to make sure all was well...and not to suggest additional purchases.

"In summary: unusable freebies, dishonest sales rep, incomplete package shipped the first time, 2nd shipment also incomplete, charged standard or premium prices for generic products. My transaction was a 'bait-and-switch' deal, and I can't account for all the good reviews. I wouldn't touch these guys and I won't buy from any more businesses operating out of New Jersey with some exception.
When I received my order confirmation email it indicated there was a 4 day processing time, which I don't recall seeing during the ordering process. I needed it sooner and I didn't mind upgrading the shipping to get a tracking code, so I called in. The sales rep talked me into upgrading to a package which included items I planned to purchase anyway (which was stupid of me), and he told me the Canon battery had a short charge life (it doesn't) and this aftermarket "extended" battery would be better (it's not). He said it included high-speed memory, and what I got was a generic, no-name memory card with no speed rating whatsoever. And the "rapid" charger is nothing more than a standard charger that I don't need. The freebies included a table top tripod meant for a snapshot camera; it is flimsy and there's no way I would trust my DSLR on it.
But the original shipment didn't include the battery or "rapid" charger. At that point I realized I was getting ripped off and called and said I would ship the memory card back if they credited me the difference. They refused to do it, and gave me this story about my order being the "non-US" version and that the upgrade also included an upgrade to the US version. With him on the phone I went to the site and looked at what I ordered. No mention whatsoever of "non-US" version; further there was no listing of a US version. At the time there were 29 search results on their site for t3i. He said he would look into it later and call me back and when he did, they had actually updated their website to support his lie!!!! There were now 30 results for the same search (t3i) and a new listing for a t3i at a higher price.
At that point I had already begun using the camera and didn't want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back and ordering a new one, so when they offered me a class 10 Transcend memory card I folded. Initially he insisted the other items had shipped separately, but after I caved he said "let me check." When he came back he said it hadn't been shipped (another lie) so they would come together. The next shipment included the memory card and battery but no rapid charger, so I had to call in again for the charger. And now the memory card is giving me buffer overruns, so I need to figure out of this is a technical problem or if I got a counterfeit class 10 card..."
