"Hi, I had to read all the reviews about Rythercamera before I made a decision to bring my buisiness to these guys. Their prices were great,but I had my doubts about the product quaiity and the service. I knew that with prices like this I was gonna get some upselling calls and had to wait 2-3 weeks to get the advertised free delivery. So I called and spoke with Victor and explained that I 'm willing to give him a chanse to prove that my decision to purchase my T2i from him was the right one. He was polite and told me that they have made some mistakes,but there are very few of them and he's commited to his customers and will prove it to me. I placed the order online with their free delivery option,the next day I received a confirmation email with Fedex tracking number( notice that Fedex shipping is not included with free delivery option). No upselling calls or credit card verification calls were ever made to me from Rhyter.I received my camera with all the extras that were advertised on the website exactly 7 calendar days from my order date. My T2i was the american version made in Japan genuine camera. Rhyter and Victor kept their promise of a great service and genuine product,which I really didn't expect but was completely satisfied about. I have no reason not to take my next purchase to Ryther. Good job Victor, I 'm sure you remember me."

"I purchased a camera package by phone but the next day had to cancel my order for an unforeseen economic reason. It took a few days longer than expected to receive my refund back to my credit card. Ryther Camera originally charged me a 10% restocking fee as is their policy for returns, however, they later refunded the restocking fee as an apology for taking so long to process the return. I am very appreciative for this and when I am able to buy the camera again, I will certainly consider Ryther Camera."

"The only reason why I give this review 2 stars instead of 1 is that I actually got the product and for a lower price than everywhere else. Thing just is I still feel screwed and had to deal with a bunch of BS. If you want peace of mind with your purchase go somewhere else and pay 5% more.
Even though they don't want to be part of the shady bait-&-switch online camera business they display the same practices.
I ordered a clearly spelled out 'USA limited warranty' camera online just to receive a call to 'confirm' my order. In this call the sales dude told me the price listed online was for a gray marked camera without the manufacturers warranty and i could have the USA model for $150 more. After protesting he said he could get it to me for about $60 more. I told him to send the US warranty model as I ordered and sure enough they charged my credit card with the advertised price plus $60. i protested the extra charge in writing (email) multiple times which got completely ignored. I finally called costumer service. There they tried to talk down the issue of false advertisement and wanted me to 'work' with them. Which meant in their eyes that they will not give me a refund but some cheap accessory plus store credit to buy some more overpriced cheap accessories instead. You can get that stuff on Amazon for a fraction. That's why they always have the 'confirmation' call when you by a camera to sell you the overpriced accessories. He kept telling me what a good deal I got on the camera, which is completely of the subject, and that supposedly the credit card company would charge them $35 to issue the refund on the card and that wouldn't be fair to them. I checked with the CC company directly afterwards and confirmed that this is total BS.
