"I been trying to buy this two products:Canon EOS 50D Digital Camera w/ Canon 18-135mm IS Lens - Import;Canon Speedlite 580EX II, Shoe Mount Flash from Ryther Camera.com the last 2 weeks with no luck, after I place my order I had received an e-mail asking to comunicate with the company for some verification. We call and they were very rude and not professional, I was asked to SCAN and send to them a copy on both side of my credit card (with the secure number), and picture ID or wire money before they send the merchandise, which it means that I will be expose to any Identity Theaft. The true is that in price Ryther Camera have the most convinience deal and after the first conversation with the seller they decide that they will sell to me the products and I was so upset after the argue that I decide to cancell the order, now after check in another websites the camera went up on prices so I decide to reorder from Ryther Camera, I call and again the same issue, they want copies of my "personal information" which they have already all the data on my credit card. UNBELIAVABLE!. I found this company again very rude and unprofessional when it comes to customer service.Jose Henao.

I had a product missing In my order and with just an email I received an instant response in 5 minutes and told me that my item will be shipped right away.. The rep who helped me from start to finish is David Brennon and his service is awesome no pressure great knowledge and customized my package with fedex delivery.. I ordered on thursday night and my order was received the following Wednesday... Really fast and I was also provided with a tracking number as soon as the item was shipped..the price for the item with delivery was the cheapest price I could find... No hidden fees no gimmiks.. Just clean and simple.. Not like other vendors like need for digital and other NYC lenders.. Who have a low price on the web but when you call to order there are a bunch of handling fees and other fees as well.. My purchase also came with a hard case .. That I did not want .. And David gladly let me switch to a back pack.. All in all for a first time purchase I give David Brennon.. And his team a 5 Star ratting across the board... "I was shopping everywhere for a Canon T2i. Ryther was BY FAR the best price on the internet. I was a little nervous ordering from a company I had never heard of but the on-line reviews were so good and there were so many of them, I took a chance. After all, it would take a company FOREVER to submit thousands of fake reviews, right.
I'm happy to add my positive experience to the list. While they did try to up-sell me on some accessories, their prices were more competitive than I expected after reading some of their reviews that claimed they were "pressured" into buying overpriced accessories. That was not my experience at all. They offered memory cards, batteries and filters and since I already had memory and filters, a ended up buying an extra battery from them. It's not an OEM battery, but it's worked great.
Next time I need to purchase a camera or lens I'll probably check Ryther first."

He suggested several additional items I might buy but was low key and did not press when I said I was only interested in the basic camera body and lens. I was particularly concerned that there would be no delays with the standard shipping option since I intended to use the camera on a trip in the near future. However the shipment arrived in excellent condition exactly when promised. I would be happy to buy from Ryther again. "

He suggested that I purchase a different package that was an even better deal. He threw in the overnight shipping. I was excited! Everything was delivered when he said it would. They know their products very well. Then I called to exchange the wire remote control for the wireless. No questions, no hassles…it will be in the mail to me with a return label as well to return the wired remote control. Great company, great customer service! "
