"My order shipped on time & I did not have any issues"
"I ordered 5 boxes of ammunition from their site because it noted that the ammunition was in stock. I have a hunting trip coming up, and that particular ammunition is difficult to locate. I was happy to buy it and was looking forward to having the ammunition in time for my trip.
The next day I received an automated email stating that they were actually back-ordered on the ammo. Not a big deal if I didn't have a trip coming up, or if it would be easy to find the ammo elsewhere. Now I'm scrambling to find another brand of copper ammo (CA resident) that shoots well through my rifle and re-sight it.
1 star for not keeping inventory current on their site.

"Always fun ordering a new optic expecting to receive it in a week or two, then receiving the out of stock email instead. A little frustrating. I would have delayed ordering until item was in stock if I had known it was out of stock.
I don't blame SWFA for manufacturers not delivering product in a timely manner. But online inventory status is a must in todays world of online shopping.
Otherwise I have had good experiences ordering from SWFA."

"I ordered a scope and it came defective. No prob, SWFA stands behind their products. I contacted them immedeately and got a return #. On the form to be included it asks, 'Refund' or 'Exchange'. I mark Exchange. After a few days I contact SWFA to see where my 'exchange' scope is. No exchange, the Returns Department gave me a credit on my card. Kinda OK, but not what I wanted. So now I have to make another order to get the scope. At this point I have paid shipping 3 times, purchase, return and re-purchase. Rep says SWFA gave me credit on the first shipping and will send me a check for the return shipping. If it works out, I pay for scope and 1 shipping fee. I think it'll all work out, just going to take me a couple weeks to get the scope and get my $$ squared away. Not angry, stuff happens sometimes. Wendy was nice the whole time."
