The luxury firm has enough "give" for side sleeping, yet it's great for stomach sleeping and back sleeping too. Talk about a painless buying process, I conducted a few live chats online, then placed my order with full confidence I was getting a quality mattress. I was NOT disappointed. Wish it was this easy to buy other quality products. Imagine buying a bed without any prior knowledge of the company or taking a "test drive". Yet this transaction turned out perfectly. "The people at Saatva are very nice. Unfortunately, my husband is now sleeping in another room and I am writing this review at 2:30 am because I can't sleep in our 'luxury' mattress. I reached out to customer service after the first night and they advised us to 'give it some time to break it in'. Well, a little over a week later and the only thing that's breaking is my back and his neck! We purchased the best seller (medium on the comfort scale) and it's like sleeping on the floor. Not great. The people at Saatva have provided me with a customer service number to call for return (all but the $99 delivery fee). In this great age of order by number from home, some things are better left for the showroom floor. We'll be shopping 'old school' for our mattresses from now on."

If there was anyway I could trade for a full king mattress and adjustable base, I would..! Don't know what has been causing my backach that I never had before..?

"I have purchased 8 mattresses in the past few years from Saatva. I have found their customer service to be extraordinary. Saatva goes out of their way to make customers happy. They are quick, accurate and communicate well. I have only ever had one problem (that was not Saatva's fault) when I purchased a queen set and the foundation wouldn't fit up my stairs. This was no problem, they gladly switched it out for a split queen foundation and I had the problem fixed in a little over a week. Their delivery people are courteous and professional and go out of their way to make customers happy. As much as I love their service, this is nothing compared to the quality of the product. I have owned $6,000 mattresses that were not as comfortable as my Saatva mattresses. The value and service are incredible. I tell everyone about this company and I look forward to a continued relationship with them. Thank you Saatva for going that extra mile for your customers!"
"Not only was it difficult to order online but it was impossible. I ended up ordering by phone with a very nice and helpful customer service employee. First, the website refused my order because it recognized my zip code as one in Canada, whereas I live in Connecticut, USA. Then it declared my information (address, etc. was inaccurate) and blocked me from continuing with my order and I therefore could not proceed to applying for free financing. It took me two days to finally give up and order by phone on my credit card. Customer service folks were nice and intended to be helpful, but the whole ordering process was a nightmare. I am sorry to have to make this negative report."
