"My mattress was delivered on June 30. The delivery person dropped the old box spring when removing it. The resulting scratch went through the finish on the footboard of my bed. It was repaired today, after I called Saatva to request help with matter. The repairman did an excellent job!
The day I called Saatva I also explained that the Luxury Firm mattress I bought was a bit firmer than expected. The customer service rep suggested that I try their mattress topper and see if it solved the problem. This was a no cost option; so, I agreed. I'm sleeping very well now and don't expect any future problems to arise. But, it's nice to know that if they do, Saatva will be there to honor their 120 day trial.
