"My wife and I have used our new Saatva Queen Luxury Firm mattress for about a month now. While a painful medical condition prevented me from sleeping well on ANY mattress over the first couple of weeks, now that this condition is being successfully treated, I can say I (and we) are enjoying our nighttimes more than we expected. Our previous mattress was a Tempur Pedic, about 8 years old, and it had long since stopped giving much support. We wanted to sleep comfortably ON our mattress, not IN it. I now include Saatva Mattress as one of the ‘selling points’ of our cottages.

To be honest, we were a little afraid of buying a bed sight unseen but we thought we would try Saatva due to their return policy. "First off, let me say that Saatva's customer service was great. Their website was easy to navigate, very intuitive. That being said though, I would definitely never purchase a mattress online again. We bought Saatva's King mattress in "luxury firm", based on its reviews. Unfortunately, the mattress was not what we thought it would be. For one, it had terrible problems with motion transfer; every time my husband moved, the entire mattress would bounce and shake. Also, I found the mattress extremely uncomfortable, adding to my back problems instead of alleviating them. I wish, now we would have returned it within the allowed time period, instead of hoping that we would get "used" to it eventually. Moral of the story: never buy a mattress online."

"I ve had your mattress for 2 years and your mattress has bowed and sunk losing its firmness. I weigh 175 lbs after having back surgery I thought your saatvamattress was going to save me , give me good night sleep I needed.
