"Ordered mattress, credit card charged, never contacted to set up delivery date, called three times, finally to learn that it would take at least fourteen more days to deliver. Ugh."

"Saatva Mattress dot com, in my experience, is absolutely top notch. From the ease of using the informative website, to the quality of their mattresses, foundations and their frames that are incredibly sturdy, they are fantastic. I always knew what the status of my order was thanks to their communications (via email in my particular case). Once the units were manufactured and shipped, their contracted shipper took over and they were fantastic. The `white glove shipper' calls when they are expecting the mattress/foundation into their care from Saatva, then again the day before delivery to your home and then again 20-30 minutes before arriving at your door. Everyone is very pleasant, both on the phone and in person. The delivery crew is efficient -and- thorough in setting up the new bed and hauling off the old mattress/foundation/any trash from the new units. This was my second time using this company, both times with the same great satisfaction, and I highly recommend them!"

"Nearly a month after ordering still no mattress. Simply asked for delivery a couple of hours later than time we were given. Apparently could not accommodate although did not confirm this and left us waiting. . A few calls over the following days and no one calls back. We are finally told another week. I hope the product is worth the wait."

I’d like to exchange for a softer one and see if it’s better. I even bought a pillow topper and it’s not helping. I.T seems well made though."

"We have been sleeping on our Saatva King Firm mattress for about a month. It is very firm, but not causing any painful spots. I am able to alternate sleeping positions and spend some time on my stomach with no low back pain. My low back and hip pain are reduced.

I read so much about their great customer service, I thought someone would likely follow up to see how we are doing. We haven't had any contact since it was delivered. But that is okay because we are happy - so far so good! "

"We did a lot of research and landed on Saatva. I wish we had not. We’ve owned a luxury firm since June 2016 and it’s December 2017 and we’re throwing this one out. It was definitely not worth the $1600 we paid. It was comfortable for about 4 months (the 120 window is no surprise) and it completely sags in the middle no matter how often you spin it and my wife and I both wake up with back pain from this king size “luxury firm”. Save your money and try something else with a better return or exchange policy. "

"I ordered the Saatva King Luxury Firm based on all the fantastic reviews, both on their site and reviews done independently. I'm petite, my husband is tall and we agreed the bed was not what we'd hoped. It was very uncomfortable for me causing back pain in my upper back and shoulder and hip pain. My husband said it wasn't very comfortable for him either which I thought odd since he weighs 100 lbs more than me. I gave it a month hoping for the best, they sent me a 1" topper that made no difference whatsoever. I was sorely disappointed as it is a beautiful mattress. My inability to sleep on this bed made it so I could feel every move my husband made, motion isolation is not the best. However, if you are looking for some bounce, this mattress has it. I would recommend the plush version if you are going to get one as the Luxury Firm is very firm.
Customer service encouraged me to give it a month and discouraged an exchange for their Zenhaven telling me that motion isolation on the Zenhaven was not better than the Saatva.
I was grateful when my month was up and Saatva gracefully accepted my return. It was a week before my account was credited and another week or so before the mattress was picked up. I'm out $99 but I guess you can chalk it up to experience.
I am now sleeping peacefully on a latex bed, albeit, NOT the Zenhaven. "

"My big issue with Saatva was actually getting the mattresses to the house. The delivery company called and left a voice mail that said they were trying to deliver the following week and If I didn't call them by 10:00 am the following morning, it would be another week out before they could deliver. I called by 8:00 am the next morning and then again two hours later, trying to arrange delivery leaving messages both times. I heard nothing back all that day or over the weekend. I called again on Monday, still trying to arrange delivery and left a message. Again, no return phone call and I am assuming I am at least another week out for delivery. The frustrating part is that it is a third party, I am assuming, who is completely ignoring my phone calls and delaying delivery until it suits them, assuming they deliver."
