"Much like others before me I had the same reservations about purchasing a mattress on line without the benefit of seeing or touching the product prior to purchase. I was left with several intangibles such as customer reviews, customer satisfaction rates and pricing comparison to other similar products but perhaps the most influential buying element and what prompted us to move forward was the 120 day return policy. I did speak live to a customer service rep prior to making my final decision and was reassured that there would be no problem with either an exchange or full refund should the product prove to be unsatisfactory to our needs. The CSR was polite, responsive and reassured me that we indeed had those options and with that I had removed any hesitation and proceeded with my order. So far I have received 3 emails in two days providing updates of order confirmation, payment record and delivery expectations. We are off to a great start and I have no reason to doubt any of the process. It would appear that Saatva has refined the customer experience and we are looking forward to a great mattress at a great price being delivered within the next 2 weeks. I will further update this review after delivery and trial."

The rep I chatted with was very pleasant, no high pressure, very helpful and quite upfront, even though it was typed messages. Based on that I decided to order from this company, but I had to do it the next day so I could check out my boxspring to make sure it was in good shape. She had even brought up about a military discount so I needed to phone her with my order to make sure I was credited for that. She gave me her cell phone number and when I called to place my order the next day, we had a pleasant chat while ordering my product.
