"I haven't received my mattress yet, so right now I'll just review my purchasing experience. I think the Saatva website is well designed and easy to navigate, overall a vast aesthetic and informational improvement over other online mattress retailers. However, I found a few things irritating. For one, Saatva offers three comfort levels, but provides significantly more information about their most popular luxury-firm option than they do for their firm and plush-soft options. As someone debating between the luxury-firm and plush-soft options, that made my decision a little more difficult as I lacked information for the one option. They are clearly trying to push customers towards the luxury-firm. When I decided to take advantage of their live chat system to help clarify some things, I felt that they were parroting information that could be found on the website. Your customers can read. What they need is an honest opinion or assessment of their needs. It would be nice if they offered a mattress assessment like some other retailers such as Helix or Serta. Also, the reviews on their website cannot be filtered by rating, and aren't event ordered newest first. The product is clearly highly rated, but why bury the commentary of customers who were less satisfied for some reason. I always do outside research before purchasing online, but this time I was really forced to spend much more time on that because Saatva itself fails to market each of its products equally and their review system would have you believe the mattress is made of rainbows and sunshine. That is yet to be determined, but I'm hoping for the best. Lastly, I would suggest that they create more integration between the websites for their inter-spring (Saatva), memory foam (Loom & Leaf), and latex (Zenhaven) mattresses. I knew what I wanted, but customers who are interested in the Saatva brand but undecided about what kind of mattress would be best wouldn't even know that they offered other types of mattresses unless they really did their research. "
