"I ordered two things. One has been discontinued, but was still being listed as available. The other was available but did not include even rudimentary documentation. When I contacted the company I was told there was no documentation available. Are they kidding? Selling stuff with absolutely no documentation.
I complained and was issued a refund, which is about the only good thing that happened with this order."

"Hello I ordered the machine and had a very bad experience with customer care. Then i gave them a bad review. After few days a high up guy from Sainsmart contacted me to make things right and he did. Then just a week after delivery of my ProVer I had an issue with one of the brass nuts coming loose on Z axis(Sainsmart replaced it) but my machine was out of busines for 3 weeks(Because replacemnt parts were out of stock and delivery time). Just a week after I got my replacemnt parts and my machine was up and runing a brass nut came loose out of Y axis causing overlaping pathways. Also I noticed something else. Remember brass nut coming loose from Z axis, well whan that happened Z axis would plunge and bottom out and machine would still try to move on x axis. That caused my spindle motor(or shaft) to bend somewhere and now I have offset in spindle. I documented everything sent it to Sainsmart and now I have partial answers. I dont know when will replacement parts arrive(out of stock) and my machine is now again out of bussines. I had this machine for 5 weeks now, and out of that 5 weeks I was able to use it only for 1.5 weeks. 1 month option for returning the machine had passed(I was not able to use the machine and decide if im happy with it then because I was waiting for warantyied parts) and now when Im not happy with my machine, I cant return it, Sainsmart wont replace it, I have to wait for replacement parts that are out of stock. I feel like I was damaged here as a customer. I bought Sainsmarts premium product, and I have it sitting here for 80% of time and waiting for replacement parts. I feel like this is a seriel defect of their machines and that I should get a replacement one, I offered to send this one back to them. I dont need two machines, just one that works and that I can use.
