"I purchased an Ender 3 from Amazon, and everything was present. Unfortunately the top 2020 rail was drilled incorrectly, but I was ok with that as long as Sainsmart provided a properly drilled one. They did, and it was prompt in relation to the COVID 19 shipping environment! I appreciate that they fixed the issue, and luckily it was a redundant machine in my makeshift print farm of DIY/kit printers, so I was printing parts for it as I waited for the replacement part. "Very good experience. Fast response from support and product came from Germany as they stated. There was no problem "upgrading" the shipping method after ordering. Product came within 4 days from ordering.
Booklet with building instructions is well written but maybe little too small. Product came with one defective screw that I had to replace. Have not tried any milling yet, just verified that the machine works with Mach 3 software.

I offered to pay at least half the price since the delay nowadays might not be completely their fault. The review stars were updated.

Updated on 06.05.2020: After 24 days from ordering without receiving the items, SainSmart offered to refund.
Even they claim that they have an EU-Warehouse, they will send all items belonging to one order from China only because one item is not available in EU-Warehouse. Therefore, I would recommend not combine several items in one order if not all items are available in the EU-Warehouse.
