"Sainsmart is a little more expensive than some of the other, similar vendors, but the support is worth the slight extra cost. They are quick to respond and they will make any problem right. I was a little skeptical about spending the extra, but since it was such a small difference, I went ahead and did it. I'm glad I did... they are so helpful when you contact them about any issues, it's a pleasure doing business with them. I'll be buying more parts from them going forward.

"I had a concern when i first received my printer that the bed was warped beyond repair. After doing more research and emailing Sainsmart i realized that i needed to have a little more patient and understanding of the how the printer works in order to be able to deal with the issue.

I immediately e-mailed sainsmart customer services to ask how I get new software.

"I bought a 3018 unit from Woot and one of the guide rails wasn’t tapped. I contacted support and they asked for pictures and the immediately sent a replacement part. There was an issue with the part ripping out of the package (beyond their control) so I reached back out to support including pictures of the package and they immediately shipped a replacement.

"Purchased a 3018-PRO router a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with it! This was my first experience in building and using a CNC router. After assembling the machine I was having a couple of minor problems and decided to contact the service group at SainSmart. Within twenty four hours I was in touch with George, one of their technical reps who turned out to be one of the nicest, most helpful persons I have ever dealt with. He asked me to try a couple of things first and then decided to send out replacement parts. It didn’t take long for them to arrive via courier. After installing and realigning the machine it was all good to go. Can’t say enough about the service I received in helping me to resolve the problems I was having!

"I got my screwdriver and loved its high quality materials and workmanship (hefty weight in hand that feels nice, with a chip inside!), and its torque that let me screw/unscrew all my hobby cars and drones. I play a lot and have 2 kids, so the ES120 is my best friend on many weekends. However my ES120 had a dimmed LED screen, and when I emailed customer service, I was expecting a headache and process because I bought it from Amazon.
Instead, and to my pleasant surprise I got Ryan and his team who quickly identified the issue and told me they be happy to send a replacement part at no cost, free shipping, etc. The customer service at SainSmart equals their excellent products.
